As someone who has trained in different combat gyms, this one stands out for how much it pushes you both physically and mentally. There are challenges for all skill levels, and you will experience growth if you stay consistent. The gym can feel intimidating at first but everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming. You can bounce ideas off each other and grow together. The community feels very solid overall. Art is a knowledgeable, chill coach that will bring out the best in you. The other coaches are also experienced and detail oriented, and they are a great resource for developing real technical boxing skills. If you are serious about learning authentic boxing and improving yourself, this is the place to be. read more

I was visiting the area and wanted to keep up with my boxing training, so I looked for a legitimate boxing gym--one that actually trains fighters, not a commercial fitness or weight-loss boxing class. I came across Relentless Boxing, saw that the owner and coach, Arturo, is a former professional boxer, and that the gym actively trains and competes fighters. Everything looked solid, so I reached out to set up training sessions. Coach Arturo is an excellent teacher. He was patient with my learning process and beginner-level gaps, explained things clearly, and created a welcoming environment from the start. Each session was enjoyable and productive, and he gave me specific drills and exercises I could work on independently to improve my weaknesses. I told him footwork was my biggest area of concern, and he delivered exactly what I was looking for in both coaching and instruction. Don't feel intimidated by the fact that this is a real fighter's gym. If you're serious about learning proper boxing skills and technique, this is a great place to train. Come in with a positive mindset, be respectful and committed to learning, and Coach Arturo will genuinely help you progress toward your goals. 1000% recommend this gym for any level of boxing. read more

Whether you're a beginner, or a pro. There's a spot for you at Relentless Boxing! My wife and I tried it out for a day and we were hooked! Coach Art along with the other coaches and members are very welcoming. We love the culture of this gym! Boxing may be intimidating especially for first timers, but everyone welcomes you in this gym from day one. I can't recommend this gym enough! read more

As an Asian American girl with no intentions to step into the boxing gym in the past, I came in with a lot of anxiety and fear of being intimidated by people who knew what they were doing at the gym. A good friend invited me to the boxing gym, and from day 1, I've gained a lot of not only tips for training and improving my boxing techniques from Art and people I work on mitts and gloves with at the gym, but also a boxing family. Remember: Ask and you shall receive. If you ask for tips, you will receive good advice, like body mechanics and practicality of the moves. While this gym has a lot of people, I always come out of the gym pretty satisfied with the workouts (unlike some gyms where people who are at the beginner-intermediate level may not be given as much attention). The conditioning also really challenges you in a good way, and it's more fun when you do the workouts together as a group: "suffering" together vs "suffering" on your own. Arturo (Art) is a super chill, knowledgable, patient, and effective coach who takes his time with people he talks to. There are many other people who are more than happy to coach you, so the gym is a very collaborative environment. Art's wife was kind enough to help me with freezing my gym membership via email. The kids are occasionally seen at the gym, so you can see their family dynamic, and the gym is family friendly. read more

From the moment I walk in, the energy is welcoming, motivating, and professional. The facility is well-equipped whether I'm a beginner or more advanced. Coach Art is the absolute best--knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. He has a great way of pushing you just the right amount while still making every session fun. He pays attention to detail, corrects your form, and explains the "why" behind each drill so you're learning real skills, not just getting a workout. Every class feels challenging but rewarding, and I always leave feeling stronger. This place truly stands out because of the community and the level of coaching. read more

Whether you're looking to get a great workout in or have the ambition to shoot to become a competitive boxer, Relentless Boxing is the place to go! I started here 7 months ago as a complete beginner and I've grown so much in that time. Not only are all the classes taught by Art, a professional boxer who has a great eye for detail and directly corrects your form even amongst a whole class of people, the community in the gym is also incredibly welcoming and family-like. Whether you ask a question to Art or someone experienced at the gym, you'll get a truly helpful and passionate answer! I've been taking personal training sessions with Art for the 7 months that I've been here, with the goal of becoming an amateur competitive boxer, and it's been incredible witnessing my growth, both mentally and physically. After trying a few different "boxing" gyms, I finally found the real deal at Relentless Boxing. Anturo is a fantastic coach, very professional and always willing to help. The gym has plenty of space, so you're not crammed in like sardines. I've been training here for a few months and have learned so much from the experienced boxers who train alongside me. The classes are tough but incredibly enjoyable, and definitely a world away from commercial cardio boxing. I highly recommend this club to anyone serious about learning the art of boxing. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Whether you are an amateur boxer, a fitness enthusiast or just someone wanting to experience the boxing community, Relentless Boxing is for you. Art is a great coach, mentor and friend. The members in the gym are very nice and you feel a sense of community the moment you walk in the door. I started doing personal training with Art many years ago as I wanted to learn how to properly box. Art is the perfect balance of patient, funny and will also push you. I always leave the gym feeling my best and ready for anything. Definitely drop in for a class if you are in the area or seeking a gym! read more

This place is amazing! I've gained so much knowledge and training coming here for class. Classes are twice daily in the afternoons as well as some morning classes. Pricing is more than fair for what you pay. Some other gyms I've visited, have no real structure, but more of a "Work out on your own" vibe. Here, I feel that you get more experience working with others who have been there and having Art giving you guidance along your way. I've been here for 2months now and I am really enjoying the atmosphere and feel of coming in just to work out on my own, if I please. I highly recommend coming in and sitting in/viewing the class as it is being taught. Definitely a game changer for your workout. read more

When I say this is home this is home (for anyone). Arturo and even the fight team welcome everyone with open arms and don't make anyone feel unwelcome or as if they don't belong. My friend suggested me to with her and I loved boxing with Art so i signed up for the whole year! It's really fun and motivating to box with so many ppl around you. Art makes sure to go around and give everyone the attention they need too! They have gloves and hand wraps but they smell bad so you'll need to get your own if you want to commit. Highly suggest this place! read more

Great atmosphere; experienced coaches; reasonable fee; nice people. This gym is all about boxing. I started at Relentless as a novice with no knowledge and learned a whole lot not only from coaches Arturo (owner/retired pro boxer) and Ericky but also from fellow boxers in the gym. If you are looking for a place to learn boxing or want to stay fit, Relentless is a good option in south bay. read more

I really love this boxing gym. The owner, Art Quintero, is a professional boxer with over 30 years of experience, a guy who truly loves boxing, and is the ultimate technician with his craft. He genuinely cares about everyone that steps into his gym, whether you're just wanting to take the group classes and get a great cardio workout, or you want to learn all of the fundamentals of the "sweet science" that is boxing. I've been taking private boxing sessions from Art for a few months now and every day I learn something new as he whips me into shape. I've also lost almost 50lbs so far during said time. Not only does he teach you proper and sound boxing technique, but he also always has you doing all kinds of different cardio, weightlifting, and core exercises, among many other things to make you a complete all-around athlete to make sure nothing gets stale. I personally had very little self-control when it came to my eating habits and lack of exercise before I started at Relentless Boxing, but now I've become much more disciplined and every day I look forward to getting up and heading over there (I train every morning, Monday-Saturday). Also, everyone at the gym is friendly and welcoming so if you're worried about entering an intimidating atmosphere, you'll quickly be relieved at how laid back and nice everyone is. On top of all that, Art has become a very good personal friend of mine and someone I look up to as a mentor. So do yourself a favor and come check out Relentless Boxing because you won't be disappointed! read more

Love this gym! I've been a member since October 2018. I had never taken a boxing class before and showed up a little hesitant. Arturo (Art) reassured me that there was nothing to be nervous about. For the first class, I worked on technique separate from the rest of the group. I appreciated that because it set a really good foundation. Each class I learn something new and get a really good workout. I appreciate that Art takes the time to correct form. Aside from a great workout, I really appreciate the family-like atmosphere here. When I signed up I was expecting to get a membership card and become another number at the gym, like most other gyms. Art learned my name from day 1. He knows everyone's name at the gym, which is amazing to me. read more

I used to box before but I became a couch potato and I was out of shape during the pandemic, I found this place last year and now my six pack is coming back thanks to the intense training program. The gym owner Art is creative in designing different programs in the group glasses and the other coaches e.g. Eriky are also quite helpful in sharing tips while they are not too busy preparing their fighters for competition. I notice another review criticizing it was a cardio boxing gym, I guess he missed the sparring session. A fun fact is that they are also friend of my coaches from previous gym, It was a nice surprise when I bumped into those familiar faces who taught me how to box brought their fighters here for sparring. Check it out, you'll have fun and make a lot friends here! read more

UPDATE (01/07/2019): I've been a member for about 3-4 years now and Arturo and his team are all about giving great workouts, teaching top quality boxing technique and coaches that care about you! Check this gym out! You won't regret it! I've been at Relentless Boxing and Training Center for over a year now and it's been a great year for my health, fitness and experience in boxing! If you're looking for a gym that will give you a workout that is fun, challenging and full of variety then Relentless is the place for you! Also, if you're looking to compete in amateur boxing then Relentless is the place for you as well! Arturo is an active professional fighter who knows the science of boxing very well and teaches it in a great way. If you're serious about learning real boxing then Arturo is more than willing to help you improve! All the coaches and members are welcoming and encourage you to not give up and to do your best! Relentess Boxing is located in its own building and offers plaza parking. You can sign up for a monthly membership or pay for drop-ins. I'm so glad my friend recommended this gym to me. Everyone is really friendly and their equipment is clean and in working condition. What I really like about this place are the coaches and the training you receive: the coaches really know what they're doing. So many people are training to fight here but everyone is still welcoming and awesome. I would recommend this gym and will continue to go here! read more

Many "boxing" gyms in the area tend to focus on the cardio aspect and neglect the technique - which is what I am after. Relentless is the only boxing gym I found in the vicinity that prioritizes the technique and ensures you get a workout while doing it. The trainers are experienced, clearly love what they do and care about their members taking time to teach you on a 1:1 basis during group sessions. The environment is great as well - a diverse crowd of members each with different levels of boxing experience. read more

Joined about a year and a half ago and never looked back. If you want to learn proper boxing technique or just stay healthy in general, Relentless Boxing is the place to go. Really good core workout and instruction. Routine varies daily so it never gets boring. Sparring is optional - good for fight instruction as well as weight loss and conditioning. Not just for dudes - there are a lot of women, and some are really good boxers! All ages, sizes, and shapes. Everyone is friendly. My only gripe is a better mix of music - need to throw in some Iron Maiden, System of a Down, and NOFX once in a while. :-D Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay healthy - which should be EVERYONE. Oh, and reasonably priced. See you there - not optional! read more

Want to be motivated? Need some aspiration? Art Quintero is the trainer for you.... GOT TO GO; try it out....dare ya! Let me begin by saying not only do you have a professional boxer, you have a professional nutritionist AND trainer on board as well. You have trainers that believe in you, especially when you cannot yet find the courage to believe in yourself! I have found that once you "get it", there's NO stopping me! I have ran many races and PR'd because of these amazing people! They know how to train, and they know how to train correctly! Their ONLY interest is to make you a better person, starting with the inside working out! I have ONLY bettered myself because of this amazing place! read more

I signed up for this gym being told it was a "real boxing gym" but found out too late it was just a cardio boxing gym. Went for several weeks and we always did the same thing, cross first for half the class and then partnering up and hit pads. No boxing technique, sparring, or drills. Then had to $300 just to quit smh. What a waste! read more

I've been a member at this gym since July of 2016. I picked this gym because of its proximity to my work... and I've lucked out. This place is also extremely affordable compared to other gyms!!! This is a real boxing gym. You're going to learn how to box, and not just hit a bag for the whole hour doing the same thing over and over again. I love that Coach Art is able to switch up the work-out everyday, so you never know what you're stepping into until you walk through those doors. After boxing for 6 months here, I then began to spar with the other women members at this gym. It's a great environment that is not intimidating at all, and they genuinely worked with me to improve. No one is wailing on each other at this gym, trying to KO someone. We do drills and provide an encouraging environment, that only makes you want to become better. Since going here I've dropped significant body fat, learned how to do real push-ups, and be in the best shape of my life. I would literally spend 2-3 hours here each day, Monday to Saturday training and hanging out. This is the place that I look forward to each day after work to release my stress and forget about my current problems. The members are great and I've actually created some great friendships here outside of the gym! I also love participating in "Relentless" team events, like the time we ran a mud run together. I also currently do PT with the other trainer Cesar, who is extremely knowledgable. After a few sessions with him, my footwork has improved tremendously and my punching technique has become faster. Art is also an extremely respectable coach. I've been to other gyms in the past where these coaches are a bit sleazy in their approach, but not Art. He's extremely humble and down-to-earth. He's fun to be around and keeps the energy going in the gym. Also super creative with the work-outs... He also doesn't scream and yell at you, or is degrading. He's an uplifting coach and I 100000% recommend working with him as well. Long story short.. come here if 1. You want to learn to box/have a great (random) workout at a GREAT price. 2. Become part of a family 3. Be a better person and constantly improve Classes are only 1 hour a day, and be honest with yourself!! This place is worth more than 4% of your day. :) read more

This review has been a long time coming. I have always wanted to try boxing but never got the chance to physically join any classes. I am so glad I joined Relentless Boxing as my first class experience. After each class, I always thought it was a good class and better than the previous. This hasn't stopped. I learn something new every time I am there. I have gotten so much better too! I had absolutely no experience when I started. I only knew how to punch a boxing bag as a cardio workout after my first child. Now, I know how to stand, punch and move correctly so I box with strength but also in a natural body position so I don't hurt myself. Arturo is really patient, he will correct you because he truly cares and his compassion is there. His class is fun, energy is awesome, everyone wants to learn and pushes each other. I have been to all the classes through the week and it's all the same positive energy. I never felt out of place or uncomfortable because there are all levels of people there. Beginners, experienced, young, old, moms ‍, and dads. Looking forward to next class already. read more

Coach Art has created a community at Relentless Boxing. I had never done any sort of combat sports, but from day one I felt comfortable and welcome, and am now in the best shape of my life. The group classes are more than just a cardio workout. I have learned so much about the sport of boxing as well as the proper techniques. I highly recommend this experience. read more

I've tried many boxing gyms throughout my life and wanted to be pretty serious in it, but the thing was, the gyms I tried weren't really serious about boxing... but that's until I came across relentless boxing gym.... first of all, this place is EXTREMELY CLEAN! Because the main owner Arturo Quintero (pro boxer) cleans the gym daily and everybody in here just keeps things clean... because I know most gyms smell, but relentless fkin smells like flowers lol I've been here for a few months... and my boxing game have gotten WAYYY better with the help of coach Arturo and Cesar... I came in this gym with the intention of competing because my other gym I just felt a lack of motivation... but relentless has been on point and they actually care about u, if u really care about boxing and wanna get better! This place is also GREAT for beginners as well because usually you are partnered up with someone you don't know, and you'll make some friends while learning how to box/get in shape. And if u wanna be serious in it, there are a lot of people that compete here and you can actually spar them. Shit.... Arturo sometimes would spar us himself, but we usually kick his ass because he's old ANYWAY, THIS FUCKING PLACE IS THE SHITTTTTT!!!! read more

I've been here for 3 months and it's been one of the best decisions I've made the last year. Coach Arturo is a master at his craft, and isn't afraid to push you to your limits.
