Please go see my friends at Spine & Sport…read more For Dr. Wolfinger holding it down in Elk Grove: your expertise and skill and joy for what you do is only outmatched by your incredible empathy and kindness. You saw me through some pretty great highs (when the initial scope of the right knee gave me the first pain free day's I'd had in decades, and when we were hopeful that the PRP was going to bear fruit, and a bunch of other moments) and some very dark lows, when I was not certain I'd ever be able to travel again, or have anything close to a "typical" active life. You just smiled, tried something else, and kept me moving in the right direction. Your faith was sometimes *all* that I had to keep going. YOU were the one who encouraged me to keep trying things, to not give up, and to contact my new ortho in the first place. You've been there every bit of this! So, here we are. I have two big knee scars and a huge smile on my face because I am GRATEFUL to have my life back. I'm grateful to you, and to every clinician/tech/student/fellow patient I encountered in all the different locations I've visited. Each person walked with me on a different part of the journey, and I am sure that I'm typical in every way except one: it really did take a village of people to get me to this point. I never could be where I am without every single person. Thank you, Chris, and thank you to everyone at Spine & Sport. Rock stars, ALL.

The bad location was 5 minutes away but a nightmare! I'm so happy my Dr. sent me here. The staff are nice here and the care I'm getting from the PT and PTA are wonderful! They have a lot of compassion and empathy. They don't push you to do things you can't do and will work with your pain level. No eye rolling like I experienced at the other place. They show concern and care about improving your movements. They are knowledgeable about the locations of your pain and how to help you eliminate the pain. The location is very clean and sanitary. Equipment is up to date. I highly recommend this facility if you need the care to rehabilitate.

They created great workouts that best suited my injury (miniscus tear) and made it even exciting. They really know how to take care of their patients... I applaud all of them because unlike having even a small amount of feedback for other places, this place is already amazing:)

I've been referred to multiple PT resources in the area, Elk Grove, Galt, Lodi, Stockton. I did receive appropriate therapies in most places but some were more organized and professional in their approach than others. Central Valley Physical Therapy in Galt has been the place for me to go for the last three situations. They are the most professional, most totally prepared, having the most successful treatment plans -- and they greet the patient and are so warm, friendly and demonstrate genuine concern for the health of the patient that it has become my go-to place. It may sound funny, but i actually began looking forward to my next visits. I heartily recommend them with no reservations.

Our banker suggested Live Hydration and what an answer to prayer! We called, got right in and Roxanne and owner Carrie opened the door and brought me to my own room, no lights, quick check in and assessed I was severely dehydrated. 2 bags of fluid and something for my headache and there was much improvement. 2 days later I could tell I needed more, back again for 2 more bags, this time injecting the headache medicine vs iv and a shot of vitamin D. Upon discussing my health, lifestyle with the gals at Live and how I had been feeling off/on for years we realized I have been mildly dehydrated since Covid 2020 and it escalated to danger zone. The comfort, ease, attentive, gentle, FAST process of getting me back my health here at Live Hydration by Carrie, Yan and Roxanne has me forever grateful for finding another way to boost my longevity in life! They saved my life, literally. Just ask them, I was bad really really bad. Even though it's obvious that they are busy; they're never too busy to stop and talk to the patients or their families. Having worked in the medical field I know how important it is to find this characteristic in a facility! I also know that it's very hard to find!!!!! So I appreciate the fact that these qualities are presented so freely every single day. This is the quality that the entire facility gives and if there is a problem of any kind it is taken care of ASAP with care and concern and respect!!!! If that ever get the food to eatable status I myself would freely give this facility and every staff member a (10) ten from the bottom to the top of the employee pool. If you ever find that you have to go to a rehabilitation facility if you have a choice I would by all means try to get into "Bridgewood Post Acute Care"! It's 100% worth the money if you find the right fit and Shevonne is the right fit for me. Looking at anyone from the outside, and from small talk, it's difficult to say how well they are doing inside (think Robin Williams). When I started seeing Shevonne, I was having a lot of difficulty adjusting to some very big life changes at the time. Now a year of seeing her later, I have referred her to friends, relatives, couples, anyone that I know that needs someone to give a non judgemental ear, advice, sounding board and someone to just let it all out to because I believe in the power of letting out what's going on inside. Be ready for an unbiased perspective. She has 20 years experience and I love the EMDR technique she uses. It's worth asking her what that is and it's definitely worth a try for yourself. Deep-seated hurts from childhood can endure far into adulthood. Healing from wounds, offenses from the far past or recent is so essential to living a happy & whole life. She takes all kinds of insurance, you just have to ask her to check her biller & which ones she takes. Checking this is worth it and can make a monetary difference of paying $100/hr or $15/hr. Parking is usually available & location is near Smart & Final/the post office in Elk Grove. The only and main downside is that she is so busy, it may be difficult to get an appointment with her. She's only 1 person, so sometimes appointments may be weeks out. Sometimes she may not even get back to you right away via text which is how I normally make my appointments. But, it's worth it to keep trying until a slot is open. I normally book an appointment before I leave her office. I highly suggest Shevonne Radich for your therapy/counseling needs.
