I am long overdue in writing this review. I would recommend Sabrina to anyone who wants to get…read morehealthy in an organic way! I had worked with Sabrina in the past and after years of struggling and as I have gotten older, I knew I had to reach out to her. I have always been active and I workout every day so that was not an issue for me. But I was still slowly and steadily gaining weight. I have tried every meal plan and/or diet you can think of spending hundreds of dollars a week on food and hours in the kitchen meal prepping, and nothing worked long term. I reached out to Sabrina in September and started working with her a week or so after my initial call. She made a few tweaks to my diet and my exercise routine, and the weight began to come off. We worked together until the middle of January. During our time working together I lost 20lbs. OVER. THE. HOLIDAYS. I am a social person, and food is always a part of that, so the holidays are especially challenging. If I can lose 20lbs over the holidays, anyone can. Since finishing my last session with Sabrina I have continued to lose weight. It doesn't come off as fast because I am not super focused on it, but that is what I love. It has felt easy to just keep doing what I am doing. The changes she made to my diet fit easily into my lifestyle. I finally feel like I am not on a diet, I have just changed the way I eat, and I am spending less money on food and spending less time on meal prepping than I was before working with her. I don't get on the scale a lot these days as I am more focused on feeling good than what the scale says, but every time I do, I am down a few more pounds.

On a daily basis I use the grounding techniques she recommended after a Reiki session, and on a weekly basis I draw from her health-conscious direction on healthy snacks and alternative choices at my local grocery store. After this week-long cleanse of clean eating, I felt rejuvenated and lost quite a few pounds from my waist that stayed off surprisingly. I'm grateful for all of the valuable knowledge and nutrition practices that I've gained through my sessions with Amy and integrated into my family life!

From the very first meeting, her depth of knowledge and clear, thoughtful approach set her apart. What impressed me the most was her ability to combine science-backed nutrition advice with an empathetic, non-judgmental demeanor. She made me feel completely comfortable to open up about my habits, struggles, and challenges--something I didn't expect when I first started. As someone who already considered myself knowledgeable about nutrition and wellness, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I learned through our sessions. Amy took the time to explain not just what to do, but *why* certain choices would work for my body and lifestyle. Her advice was always tailored to my specific needs and was rooted in a deep understanding of nutrition, which I truly appreciated. Amy equipped me with practical, sustainable strategies that I can seamlessly incorporate into my daily life. She was incredibly responsive, always following up with thoughtful insights and resources that helped reinforce our discussions. It's rare to find someone who combines both expertise and a genuine, caring attitude, and Amy excels in both. I'm so grateful for this process. Amy didn't just provide nutritional advice--she empowered me to take control of my health in a way that feels realistic and enduring. If you're looking for a coach who will not only give you expert advice but also help you build lasting habits, Amy is the one you want by your side.

In 2016, I sought Dr. Mazi's care as I was recovering from a decade of declining health and…read moremisdiagnosis that led to aggressive treatments by traditional medical providers. In 2015, I underwent surgery that uncovered the true diagnosis of a congenital condition that provided a "cure" but, at 37 years old, left me with a destroyed body. The list of diagnoses over that decade is long. By this time, I had gastroparesis and was receiving aggressive pain management treatments that compromised many systems, including my working memory and language centers. I had been college faculty for more than a decade prior. Between 2013 and 2015, my body went from a stable 135-140 lbs throughout my life to 240 lbs at the time of surgery, as a result of the cocktail of medications and aggressive treatments for misdiagnosis. I saw Dr. Mazi regularly from 2016 to 2019 to recover whatever health and function I could. She provided an extraordinary amount of information and education through advanced blood testing, peer-reviewed research, diet, and alternative, cutting-edge options. We embarked on a plan that was layered and refined over those years. When I began seeing Dr. Mazi, I was being treated for hypothyroidism triggered by medications years prior, as well as TRMDD, GAD, and fibromyalgia, among other diagnoses often levied when traditional doctors are at a loss for a patient's symptoms. By 2019, the hypothyroidism had resolved. I no longer needed blood pressure medication to sleep at night. My weight had returned to a stable 135 lbs. I felt better than I did as a teenager. I had arrived at a level of engagement, activity, and pleasure in my life that I had never known. Little did I know, Dr. Mazi had facilitated a foundation that would enable me to continue improving my health, self-advocacy within traditional medical care, and overall quality of life. In 2019, I moved away from California. In 2025, at 47 years old, I experience stable health and more vitality than at any point prior. Perhaps it is the gift of having spent young adulthood intractably ill, but this would not be possible without the support I received from Dr. Mazi. I highly recommend working with Dr. Mazi, particularly if you are experiencing seemingly impossible health challenges.

Regardless, an authentic intuitive experience should not require the healer to ask 20 questions before they begin the session, nor should they need to validate their "intuition" by providing positive reinforcement of their suggestions from ChatGPT after your call ends. Nancy was completely unprofessional during our half hour animal communication session. She wasted time asking me plenty of questions about my life, my partner, and my dog, not even attempting to start the animal communication piece until the 35-minute mark. She insisted I share personal details even when I was hesitant and argued that I didn't want it to be about me--I just wanted to hear messages from my dog--then she made the entire session suggestions about how I cope with something completely unrelated to animal, which I clearly was uncomfortable talking about. I continued to redirect her to my dog with specific questions, but she couldn't tell me anything about my dog that I didn't already share with her in her initial questioning. The only thing I got out of this appointment was disappointment and frustration that we weren't taken seriously as clients. If you are looking for a genuine intuitive to connect with your animal and share their message, I suggest you see someone else.
