The business hours for today are listed as 10am-2pm. #1 it's 10:24 am, yes I waited, and the office is still not open. #2 why would the online booking allow me to schedule an appointment during closed business hours? Oh, and did I mention they already have my $50.00 deposit!. Horrible customer service. **UPDATE** Just received a call from Aiyanna regarding missed appointment..She was very apologetic and offered to come in on her day off, tomorrow, to perform my service. After having an infusion with Amanda, the IV was inserted Poorly and left me with some soreness and visibile irritation/bruising at the site. It was one of the most uncomfortable IV insertions I've ever had and the aftermath left me concerned with how it was administered. I definitely wouldn't come here again and I got some really weird vibes from doing infusions here I took my business elsewhere and I wouldn't recommend anybody use Amanda's clinic EDIT: Amanda's response felt manipulative and dismissive. That is the exact IV insertion site on my left wrist. She first tried to insert it at my inner elbow, missed, and had to remove it. Then she told me she was "activating my fight or flight." I felt completely cornered by that kind of language. It really came across like she was trying to play mind games. I disagree with her response -- it was inaccurate and doesn't reflect what actually happened. I never received a phone call where I used foul language, and I won't accept being portrayed like that. If you want to tell the police, go ahead. I'm filing my own report too, because the way this was handled deserves documentation. This whole thing feels like a form of intimidation -- and it's honestly disturbing. Her public response stated the IV site wasn't consistent with the infusion. That's the exact site she used. It's frustrating and strange to see a professional misrepresent something so basic. After this experience and reading her public reply -- I can say with confidence something about this clinic feels off. The way the situation was flipped made me question how many others have gone through something similar but stayed quiet. read more

I have been going to humble hydration for almost 7 months now due to hyperemesis in pregnancy! I have had almost every single person service me at some point as I go 2x a week. Amanda (owner) and her team literally go above and beyond to make sure I have what I need, I advocate for what I need at my drs, and I'm as comfortable as possible during my sessions. I have also done a facial and tummy facial for my bump and Aiyanna was amazing! She knows her stuff and I will def be doing more! She also is the sweetest! These ladies all go above and beyond! The entire staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I'm comfortable every step of the way--before, during, and after treatment. The chairs are incredibly cozy, and the snacks are a nice touch too! Today, I'm especially grateful. Thankfully I found this place and they had same day availability. I was in dire need. Located in old town Elk Grove, great location with parking and a cool set up once in side. Amanda (owner) was amazing. Got me scheduled right away (process was so easy) and once there took the best care of me. Super helpful, TONS of experience, and saying she's knowledgeable would be an understatement, she was very informative on which add ons would work best for me. Multiple options and add ons available. This is the one if you are looking for any hydration therapy or wellness needs. Scheduled my next appointment before I left. HSA is accepted here which for me is a biggggg plus. December 22nd, 2023 - just had my first appointment at Humble Hydration! My appointment included the following services - IV Drip, Facial, & Oxygen Bar. (This was actually my first time ever receiving all of these services.) I'm not a huge fan of needles and was a little anxious when it came to my IV Drip but Amanda was able to calm me down and walk me through the entire process. I actually did the oxygen bar at the same time as the drip to help ease my anxiety. It's normal to get cold while getting the IV but Amanda provides comfortable pillows and blankets to use during the service. Amanda also has a cute little coffee/snack bar in the lobby for all her patients. Aiyanna, the esthetician did a fantastic job on my facial! She walked me through the process and also kept a relaxing atmosphere with soft music playing in the background. She educated me on DIY face masks and recommended me skin care items based on my skin care goals. So happy that this cute facility exists and is not too far from my home.
