I walked in the first time without a clue of what shape/color brows would compliment my facial features but after a quick chat with the experienced esthetician, I knew I was in good hands. She's very good at what she does, extremely meticulous all the while keeping a gentle touch which is much appreciated when it comes to handling your eyes! Brows and lashes take about an hour to complete and I always leave feeling like I just got an hour long massage. One of the most relaxing treatments I've ever gotten! I fall asleep every time haha. So happy I found her! :)

I went to Azita for years, and didn't think I'd find anyone else who measures up, well I was wrong. Kristina does a fantastic job. And she's the ONLY person who did not get any of the dye in my eyes while tinting lashes. It was so relaxing I fell asleep, twice. Gals, and fellas, give her a try- you won't regret it. Also, her prices are reasonable.

I called and emailed various vendors without any results. Until on the Wed before my engagement pics, Veronica gave me a call and I was saved! She agreed to see me at 8:30 am on a Sunday (which she normally does not do). When I came in for my session, I came in armed with a few make up looks to give her an idea of what I wanted and discussed it briefly (she actually requested pictures so that she has a better idea of what look you want). From there she immediately went to work. Veronica was extremely friendly and super professional about her makeup and the products she uses on her brides. I noticed she used some really, really good stuff (MAC, Makeup Forever, Smashbox, etc). Anyway, after about an hr or so she showed me her work or art... man! I was thrilled! She really made me look so glamorous! LOVED her work and what she did to my eyes! I so recommend her for any engagement session. Even in the heat, my makeup looked flawless, I even laid out in the pool and my face didn't melt! Needless to say I will be using her services for my wedding! I had so much fun with her and the fact that she made me look like a movie star was just awesome!! I really can't wait to meet up with her again!

I showed her a picture of J-Lo's makeup and said this is what I want, and she did it beautifully. My eyes looked amazing! Most of the girls asked for more natural looks, but I love more dramatic looks, it fits my personality better. I'm more of the go big or go home type of gal and V definitely came through. Not only did she make my eyes look insanely gorgeous, but my skin looked flawless. I wanted to stick her in my pocket and take her back to NYC with me so she could make me J-Lo pretty everyday. I highly recommend V, whether you are one of those girls that hardly wears makeup and likes the "natural look" or if you are like me and a full fledged glamazon queen, she's the right woman for the job!

The salon was large and beautifully decorated. About half the stations were staffed on a Friday night and there was a minimum 20 minute wait (staff did not inform any waiting clients of this). This is not an exaggeration. I watched a client wait 25 minutes for a manicure while her friend was receiving a pedicure. Additionally, there was not music or TV shows playing (aside from the same boring elevator-type music on repeat). I'm sure some people like this for relaxation, but I found it unenjoyable. I stared at the same photo of a barn was the majority of the appointment. A very unhappy woman brought me back - acting very annoyed. She filled the foot spa with COLD water and left. She didn't turn on the spa bubbles and no one acknowledged me for another 10+ minutes. I didn't get any service until the manager heard me unhappily sighing on a phone call. She then told at some employees to service me and offered me a beverage. She was surprised when I asked for wine - even though their bar was heavily advertised. Said bar was covered in boxes and unmanned. The wine was purely nasty. Once the services started, it was pretty standard, aside from the lukewarm water (after I complained and had hot water added). The pedicurist did apologize several times and stated that the water is hotter in the morning. This definitely needs to be addressed. The manicure was solid. The products used were high quality (Volcano, OPI, etc.). I really enjoyed the massages and hot towels. The pedicurist did ask me multiple times if I was okay, in pain, etc. but my experience was just tainted at that point. Once I checked out, the manager (who was on the phone and conversing with other employees) asked me how everything was only after eyeing my tip amount. This didn't seem genuine. Also, despite heavy advertisement of the 10% off first-time special, this won't be mentioned at your appointment. You have to sign up online beforehand and show a text message to receive the discount. I forgot to show mine but I believe they would honor it. As you can see, my toe polish smudged less than 3 hours after my appointment - despite being very careful. My toenails look great for at least 2-3 weeks when I visit other nail bars. Overall, if you would like a nice massage and a basic manicure, go for it. The CBD, collagen, and hot stone options are great. I haven't seen such a wide array of options in other nail salons in the immediate vicinity. I hope this business continues to grow and improve. However, I personally have no intentions of returning to or recommending this nail bar.
