I had a gift voucher from Christmas and decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I hate feet, i can't stand to touch them so they very rarely get the chance to be pampered. Located in Cumbernauld Shopping Centre, the salon was bright and welcoming. Nicole was my therapist for the day and took great care of me. While we were filling in the necessary details, my feet were chilling away in the foot spa. Foot scrub was applied and then back into the spa for another little while. After this it was onto the treatment table to clean and clip. I had remains of glitter polish on my nails that I just could not remove, thankfully it was no trouble and Nicole managed to get it all off. Moisturising and heated boots were next on the agenda, followed by the final act of painting my toenails. The whole treatment took about an hour and it was the most indulgent experience I've had in a long time. I would happily visit again. read more

Relaxaroma does not even deserve one star. Received terrible customer service from Relaxaroma today. Had an appointment booked in for an eyebrow wax, on arrival at Cumbernauld Town Centre there was restricted access to many parts of the building which I was not advised on when making my appointment. Despite having arrived at the centre within plenty of time the diversions in place led me in a circle. Concerned about missing my appointment I phoned Relaxaroma to explain that I was in the centre and would be there as quickly as possible due to the restricted access. At that point the receptionist informed me that my appointment had been given away despite me calling at the exact time my appointment was booked for. I am then therefore led to believe that they had double booked my appointment or had moved up a later appointment to my time. Receptionist was not helpful and indicated no sympathy for the inconvenience caused. I will most certainly not be using their services again and will definitely not be recommending their business to anyone. read more
