My wife and I have been shopping for a new mattress for a few days and had been into Sam's looking at them. As we were leaving Sam's, I saw the Mattress Firm and we decided to go in and take another look. I say another look because we had actually been in another location yesterday. When we walked in, we were greeted by Jordan, who introduced himself and asked what he could help us with today. Then we all had a good laugh because we were in a mattress store, obviously we were looking at mattresses! Jordan warmed us that he was going to be asking us a lot of questions and that they were probably going to seem repetitive, but he was just trying to get us a mattress that was exactly what we wanted. All told, we probably spent an hour in the store. We tried multiple mattresses and we were never pushed towards anything, which was really refreshing! We found a mattress that we really liked and even ended up with one of the frames that elevates the head. Jordan asked me about one while were looking at the different mattresses, and I told him that I wasn't interested in one because it would be like a hospital bed. After we found a mattress we really liked, Jordan asked me if I had ever been on a bed that could elevate the head or feet. I admitted that I hadn't and he asked me if I wanted to see what it felt like. I thought what the heck, we're here anyway, so we tried it out. I wasn't crazy about elevating my legs, but I really liked being able to elevate my head. I had no idea I'd like it, and actually thought I'd hate it, but ended up buying it. All in all, a fantastic experience with an incredibly knowledgeable and personable salesperson. Next time one of the beds in the house needs a new mattress, I'm going back to see Jordan.

We told one of the sales associates that we were just looking (because who wants someone hovering while you are shopping) and he stayed away. However, he kept an eye out on us in a good way because adverb we had a question, he quickly made himself available. Then he would give us our space again. That was amazing! It's good to read your potential buyers and not hover. The prices were decent with nice quality furniture. He gave us really good information and when we are ready to purchase, we will surely return here and connect with the same associate. Side note, they have a cute coffee and candy area.

We went to all the other furniture stores around the same area over a 3 day weekend. Salepeople were annoying and we couldn't quite find what we wanted. We ended up back at Bob's. The salesman that helped us the first day was great. He kept his distance, but was around to answer questions if we needed. He wasn't pushy or hovering. We we asked for him to help us, and we came back,bust he wasn't there yet. A manager came to speak with us about it. She was absolutely lovely and genuinely kind. They also have a complementary café area. With coffee , candy and ice cream. My kids were very excited about that. The only negative thing I have to say is that they said the furniture won't be here for two months That time to get rid of our old furniture and get the room ready. So it's really not that negative for us, but maybe for someone that needed in Furniture ASAP. We went during the memorial day sales, and I do believe we got a great deal.

She explained that they do not earn a commission, so she wanted me to get what I wanted, not what was most expensive. If I ever need a mattress again, I'll go back and I'll refer anyone I know to get their mattresses at Mattress Direct, specifically from Anne Marie.

Stopped by to pick one up, only to find that the prices are actually $60 and $65. (More for a frame with wheels.) Person working there just said "I guess the boss hasn't updated the website in a while. Stuff just costs more now." Not a huge deal, but would suggest either keeping the pricing updated or remove it from the site if they won't honor it. I would also suggest going through the store and updating the signs. There are multiple in the store with spelling and grammar mistakes. Looks unprofessional. Might want to go ahead and remove some of them too, seems like every surface in the store has a homemade sign on it. Frame was in stock and associate loaded it in my car for me. Very nice. Have bought from here before and will probably buy again, but will confirm pricing in person before planning a purchase.

There was zero mention that someone had to be physically present at the property -- not in the store, not in the confirmation email, and not in any of the text messages. I even had a door code ready and was available by phone, but that wasn't acceptable to them either. The communication failures at every stage -- in-store, via text, and during delivery coordination -- were unacceptable. This will be the last time I purchase from Bob's. If you value clear communication and reliable delivery, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
