I'm having to add to this review on 3/13/23: I received a call from the service center out of Minneapolis Minnesota today and spoke to one of the MOST rudest representatives of a company I have EVER dealt with in my life (and I have dealt with many in my lifetime) Now understand this was purely a return phone call on my part to them JUST to confirm a time on delivery, literally NO BIG DEAL. Welp not for this representative, I was unaware if the name was in my name or my other half's name, so I politely began to give her his name first and she rudely stated that was CLEARLY wrong, like okkk calm down lady, let's try mine, so I started to spell mine out to hers and she stopped me mid sentence and said MAAM MAAM MAAM NO that's not correct NO, very loudly, well ok, that's strange, let me give you our address, no she wouldn't accept that either, then could they have spelled our name's incorrectly maybe I asked (I'm still being polite) she then responded w I WILL NOT LET YOU INTO THE ACCOUNT, at this point I said lady I'm just returning your guys call and if you can't find the information do I need to cancel this I'm a lil nervous now? She then interrupted me and says what is your name, I said again (stated my name and what do ya know, it's in my name!!!! I was FURIOUS at that point bc of her ignorance and truly thought of canceling our order! I let her know I would be following up and I did contact the store we ordered from and they truly are very nice people at the St. Peter's store but the service center is absolutely horrendous!!! It's unfortunate bc this one disrespectful, unruly representative, took what was a 4 star review all the way down to a one star and almost lost a sale and in all honesty still may..

The sales person was very helpful, explained the differences, and made suggestions. They gave us a delivery date and stuck to it. (we even went back and bought some awsome pillows) We price shopped before we bought (as best we could, using the internet to find which mattresses are the same as which other mattresses because national chains rename mattresses to make it harder to compare). Turns out the mattress we purchased at Mattresses & More for $1249 (and free delivery and haul away), was the same mattress we liked at Mattress Firm but they wanted $1549 (on sale) plus $59 for delivery and haul away.

After getting the run around from the store for several weeks and after repeated calls to them, they indicated there was a problem with the delivery company (I later found out that the original company contracted to deliver was no longer servicing this manufacturer.) The bed finally arrived, almost a month later ,and all was good (until the bed started sagging where I slept. I decided to rotate the bed, this is when I noticed that the bed tag said "sample" on it. This surprised me because I did not purchase a floor sample and why did I have to wait a month if I did. I contacted the store and told Jen that I did not purchase a floor sample and was very unhappy about this. She said that the floor sample was never on the floor and stored in their storage area downstairs. Her word to mine that it was never on the floor. To make a long story short. This situation has gone on for six months now. I am still getting the run around from the store and Jen. She says she is the manager and the decision is hers to make. According to Manager Jen, this is a reputable family run business that has been around for many years. I believe she was insinuating that they are a good firm. I would have agreed initially, as I decided to make this very large purchase from them. Purchasing a new mattress is a very costly undertaking and I did not make the decision easily. To resolve the issue, Jen wants me to use the warranty on the bed (provided by a third party), which will allow a new bed selection. I don't want to choose a new bed from a new bed manufacturer after I researched and found what I thought was the perfect bed. I am not happy. I will not refer anyone to this company ever again. By the way, the bed I selected, after researching beds for more than 1 year, is no longer being sold by this company. Basically, for six months I was under the impression that they would replace the bed once it became available. Not so. I am done! No recommendations coming from St. Louis for Mattresses and More!

Let me tell ya, a had a lot lol. They had the patience of a saint and the knowledge of one too. I had made multiple phone calls that day and they were the only ones who didn't treat me like I was wasting my time. Once they told me the prices, which were half of what I had seen all day, I had to go see it for myself. Once I got in store I spoke with them and they had me in the perfect bed within 30 minutes. There wasn't a rush, they were just that good. They actually got me in a bed I wasn't looking for and I thank them for it. Not only was it cheaper, it felt better than the original I had picked out. Then they set me up with an adjustable bed frame that, as they say, does everything but park the car. I got all of this at the same price I would've gotten a frame anywhere else. Best part, I WALKED OUT WITH MY MATTRESS THE SAME DAY!!!! Being in sales before myself, I commend them on their honesty and ability to explain products and pricing to me. The salesman listened to us, treated us with respect, offered us many options, and informed us delivery fee in advance. We were pleasantly surprised that they had a queen-sized Sealy Hybrid plush for half the online price with one small black spot on the side, which was disclosed prior to purchase. The spot did not bother us, and we were thrilled to learn they could deliver same day ( maybe because it was on the weekend?) and would get a discount for providing 1 person to assist delivery driver with removing our old mattress and installing the new one. The driver was courteous, friendly notified us he was en route. Happy customers!

This store in west county mall was the only store that we know…read morethat has Tempur-pedic luxe adapt mattress so we did decided to come and test out the feel of this particular mattress. It was just right with the level of comfort and the level of softness. Therefore my boyfriend brought the luxe adapt mattress set that same day at this place. The store owner was nice and pleasant. The store has free delivery and haul away old mattress which is great. We actually got our mattress and foundation delivered this morning. The delivery went fast, smooth and on time. If you need a new bed, this mattress is worth the investment.
