Julie is an absolutely great massage therapist. Her neck and shoulder work is outstanding.

Man if you are looking for a boujee spa day, this is the spot in OKC to be! It's so upscale and you…read moreare treated with the best customer service. I went and spent a day at the Ft Worth one a few years ago and loved it so this location had a lot to live up to. The went above and beyond. I called on the Thursday before and got an appointment no problem for the following Monday. I was using a gift certificate from Mother's Day and chose the 80 minute Mokara massage. It is $165. I have frequently gotten 60-90 minute massages from different massage therapists but you are paying for the whole experience from the moment you walk in at places like this. Not just walking in for a massage and leaving. Don't get me wrong, I have people I love for those needed sessions as well! The check in area is tranquil and light filled and calm. I love all the windows with natural light. You are welcomed and walked into the locker room where you are given a robe and slippers (if needed. I used my sandals). You then take your time and then go into the community relaxation sitting/lounging area. There is fruit infused water and hot water for tea and light little snacks. She provided me with little chocolates because I'm not a fan of macaroons. The area was calm and quiet. The seating was comfortable and private. Then came the best massage. Tameka (I'm so sorry if that is spelled wrong) got some personal info from me about different problem areas we might want to focus on and then gave me a choice of essential oil to use. I went with peppermint that day. 80 minutes was incredible. The hot towels were an awesome touch. She used the right amount of oils. Also, she wasn't chatty throughout the session which can happen some times. She was very friendly and i would request her again. After the massage was ended she walked me back to the relaxation area and said to relax and hang out there or in the dry sauna as long as I'd like. The sauna was amazing. Period. I look forward to returning for sure. Completely worth it and definitely a great selling point for the hotel stay.

Hands down most disrespectful experience I've had with a masseuse. Firstly, my friend bought me a…read more90 minute as a gift. They called, set up the appointment and explained in advance when they set up the appointment that I would be redeeming it. She said no problem, and just verify with their phone number. Next I proceed to the 3:00 appointment, and when I walk in she said she put down 3:30, and would I wait. Not great, but ok. I get to my room and wait. She then comes in and says the massage is $100, I explain the situation and show the receipt and she refuses to accept it or any form of credit. After arguing with me for a good 5 minutes I agree to pay her myself. We proceed with the massage and during, not once, but TWICE she LEAVES the massage to go talk to walk in clients. This entire time I'm contemplating what to tip. I always tip, usually 20% when I really enjoy it. In this case although I'm displease with everything, I decide on 10%. I go to pay fill out the receipt and she takes it and looks at it and scoffs then gasps and says "ugh you're costing me money!" Honestly I was so stunned I didn't have any words. Please be cautious if you buy a gift for someone. We lost out on that gift massage, and just poor professionalism. Keep your appointments, honor your massages, avoid interruptions, be grateful for tips. This is not cheap experience.
