The pet fees were outrageously high and were not clearly disclosed when we made the reservation. When we discovered the charges and tried to cancel, we were told, "same-day reservations can't be cancelled." We were also required to sign a lengthy pet-policy form that included the possibility of additional fees for violations. The room itself was bare-bones for the price--minimal lighting, sparse furnishings, and inadequate air conditioning. Adding the excessive pet fees to an already high room rate made the total cost unreasonable. Bottom line: This hotel charges too much and delivers too little. If you're traveling with a pet, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. DON'T WALK -- RUN!

There was a HUGE crack across our window that was TAPED with packing tape as a solution and the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock. There was also a huge patch job on the ceiling by the window like it had previously leaked. The lobby and hallways were hot and NONE of the ice machines worked.
