The mail is always well taken care of, the pool is immaculate and perfect for cooling off during the summer, and the laundry and shower house are always clean and well kept. We especially love that the washers and dryers are operated through an app it makes laundry so much easier! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The grounds are mowed regularly, the sites are nice and spacious, parking is convenient, and there are dumpsters conveniently located on site. It's also such a peaceful and quiet place to stay. We've really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this campground to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful place to stay!

I like repurposing things especially in old towns. There's been plenty of weekends I've driven…read morethrough small town Texas and wished I owned the old rock something downtown. Two stories! Can I just put curtains left/right and have a glass door in the middle? That's the bottom floor at least but upstairs a fully furnished space away from the ranch. Oh, there's a second story terrace that's wrapped around through the alley? OK, finished dreaming and onto the Bell Mare. It's whole heartedly what I would want in a small town place. Saved a failing hotel; cleaned the place up. Just the right touches to make it feel like home instead of a hotel. The Baron room had it's own living area with TV, couch, and coffee station with mini fridge. Bedroom was equally homey and spacious. King size bed with side tables and another TV for lounging in bed. Bathroom was a showstopper with stand alone jet tub and spacious shower. Prices were great. Not too much shopping in town but managed to buy something at a local antique store. Don't exactly need to come to Breckenridge too often but would come just for this Hotel.

I accidentally left my drivers license and called back and he said he would mail it to me priority mail right away. Couldn't recommend this place enough!
