Trash cans were still full of disgusting trash. The young man at desk was very happy to give us towels, and new soap. But not a hair dryer. No one offered us a discount or anything else. At $150. Plus taxes you would expect a lot better. And the lady serving breakfast literally frowned at me every time I walked past her. She was sitting with people, not staying at hotel. She acted like it was a problem to ask her any type of question. I have stayed here before and my only problem was my room was super hot and never cooled down. My brother lives in Ranger so we have to stay in Eastland a lot. But if this is how we are treated, I will stay elsewhere. We stayed there the night of September 27th. I asked for a manager, there was not one there that night, or the next day. I left several messages for someone to call me. But no one could take the time to be bothered. I also had to take the filthy pants downstairs, with spit cans, and bags of trash to front desk myself, because nobody could come and get them. I also had to go get my own towels and soap. I'm 73 and expect better from LaQuinta!!!

He was very helpful even lending assistance with a problem we had with our room and arranged for a later than usual check-out although that never happened... Room was like a little suite. Full sized fridge, real dishes, glasses, and silverware. Dishwasher to run after use. Though it seemed clean overall; there was some crumbs and dirt all around the AC unit near the window! We ended up staying 2 nights due to the road conditions. Visha (?) very helpful and kind; let us keep same room. Breakfast was good; coffee fresh and plentiful. Seemingly good options for breakfast. Not upscale; but decent enough for the locale. The staff warrant giving it a four star!

You could park a golf cart in side and still have room to maneuver. Great for ADA accessibility. It was like two rooms in one. There is a Curtin to help isolate the bedroom area from the sleeper couch. Since this is a suite you have a full kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. They provide plates, coffee mugs and silverware. Only thing missing was a stovetop, which is available upon requests for safety. Breakfast available from 6-10. Pool, gym and business center. For the business person that needs to stay somewhere for a few days for business, H2 Suites would be my first choice. The parking lot is well lit. Secure doors for the rooms and plenty of amenities. Thanks to the staff here for making my experience welcoming. Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.
