I can't recommend Natalie and her team enough - they completely blew me away. I didn't realize a cleaning could have such an impact on me - to make a home feel not just habitable, but truly a place I want to live in and come home to. I'm so grateful for the 2 cleanings I've done so far with Natalie, and plan to hire her again. Again, can't recommend her enough - I'm so thankful that I found her!!

The background checks were also a factor since you welcome essential strangers into your home when hiring a cleaning company. Upon reading wonderful reviews and credentials of Clean Tech, I reached out to Michelle to request an estimate for my home. After a home visit, I selected the initial clean with optional deep clean add-ons. Andrea found a Monday cleaning schedule that would work for us and we just came home to our immaculately clean house! We found a lovely note from Kelly, Sandy and Judy who performed the work. I can't thank these ladies and this company enough for a job well done. We are extremely pleased and look forward to our next clean in two weeks. I have already shared the praise with friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you again Clean Tech!

Shortly after that, they joined forces with a larger company and changed their business name to what it is today. What started out as having the same couple cleaning our home, went to people we never even met in our home on a bi-weekly basis. This company advertises themselves as thorough, leaving your home spotless, and cleaning those forgotten areas people tend to forget about. This was definitely NOT our experience. I consistently had to reach out after services were performed because something was inevitably missed. The last straw was coming home after services were performed to find dust and debris on floors that should have been cleaned. Even more disappointing, the business owner (Brittney) was very dismissive about my feedback and her responses often came off rude and snarky. In my opinion, if you are paying a cleaning service to clean your home, it should look like your home was professionally cleaned. Otherwise, I can do a half-hearted job cleaning my home and save myself $300 per month. Don't get me wrong, we had some instances where we were happy with the service performed, but those were few and far between. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service provided by this company and are choosing to take our business elsewhere.

Prior to the cleaning Mandy came to do a walk thru of the home to discuss what our needs were above basic floor, bathroom, dusting etc. for this cost. We were appalled to come home and see the same dirt spots on the floor, toothpaste in the sink, dust on the mantle, dust bunnies along all our steps, and countless other items left uncleaned. Not only was this a poor "basic" cleaning job, it left us feeling robbed of $275. Now are we not only out this money for a job not completed, but we also need to pay to have our carpet cleaned from the stain she left behind from a spill that she claims was a water bottle that fell over. I tried to discuss our dissatisfaction with Mandy and asked for the return of $200. I sent her over a dozen pictures of all the items she said she had cleaned that clearly had not, along with the photo below of our carpet. Her response was "you would never have been happy with the results" No explanations why the basic items were not cleaned, no apologies, no offer to clean the carpet SHE stained. After respectfully giving her the opportunity to resolve this...It leaves me no other choice than to warn others.
