I personally lay it over my face like a picnic blanket and take slow, deep breaths before wiping my face and neck. Now, your journey is ready to begin. Moment of Peace has a quiet interior. The individual rooms (where the magic happens) are dimly lit, creating a calm, relaxing environment. Upon selecting your therapist online, by phone, or in-person, you will also have add-on options. I use this option for one of their specialized massage oils. Your specialized massage therapist will close the door, and the two of you will begin communicating, getting to know why you joined them on that day. They really listen and pay a great deal of attention to you. Once you've expressed yourself and they grasp a concensus of how to bring you peace and address your concerns, they give you time to undress and lay under the sheet & blanket on the table before knocking and rejoining you. The hard part was scheduling using there chatbot messaging system when you call and the limitation was you can only schedule same day and not ahead of time. We did get an appointment later in the day and was very happy with the massage provided. The techniques described by the other reviewers is correct and I was surprised that I had areas that I did not know were issues!
