This hotel is at the end of the Main Street and super convenient to everything. We loved the staff and their recommendations and daily greetings. The amenities are quaint and yummy, little fresh baked biscuits in a heart shape, split of wine each night, a full fridge of a variety of drinks, super clean, very white walls and deco to keep the clean feeling with sky blue painted ceramic tiles. Ate breakfast on the top deck, very picturesque... finished each evening with a glass of Prosecco there as well. Just magical. Hint, steps from street to hotel just on left side of hotel. Don't walk up on the street if you can help it. Very narrow with traffic.

My husband and I stayed here on our Italian honeymoon vacation. I must say, it was my favorite place to stay :) Location: walking distance from the ferry boat drop off area. Lobby: has a few different seating areas that look out to the water and a library/cozy living room. The bell desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They even let us borrow an iPhone charging cord since our went kaput! Elevator:: very small and somewhat claustrophobic. Room: very simple without any fancy decor. Your main decoration for the stay is the Oceanside view from the hotel (cannot beat it). The sunrise and sunset views are breathtaking. Shower: consisted of a tub with 2 or 3ft wide glass, shower guard. We had the most trouble with this since all the water still ended up on the bathroom floor. Rooftop breakfast: continental breakfast with cold cuts, cheese, occasional bacon and scrambled eggs. *caution: do not leave your food unattended any any time. The seagulls are very fast food snatchers. Some people even had to fight of the seagulls. If I return back to Capri in the future, I will definitely stay here :)

View from the sea view room with terrace. beautiful!

We had booked a vacation rental for our night in Capri, which turned out to be a bogus booking that left us in a panic to find last minute, alternative lodging the Saturday night before Easter. While I spent an hour plus on the phone with VRBO support, my husband was able to reach out to front desk staff at Hotel Quisisana to find us a room. The staff were very sympathetic and kind regarding our situation and not only found us a room, but a room that was a spectacular upgrade from our other accommodations. We had a gorgeous view of the sea, a large patio with seating, two separate bathrooms (one with a large tub I had an indulgent soak in) and what was likely the most comfortable bed I've ever enjoyed in any past stays in Europe. We thoroughly enjoyed being pampered in their hotel bar, where we enjoyed people watching from their patio seating; the bar staff kept bringing us all these delicious snacks throughout our two rounds of drinks. I've stayed in some high end hotels in Southern California (U.S.) that I used to count as my best hotel stays ever...but Hotel Quisisana now stands as the most luxurious hotel I've ever enjoyed in my life. My husband and I already have agreed that we would happily return for a future stay and pampering by the gracious staff at Hotel Quisisana.

We had an awesome time just sitting pretty while sipping on limoncello and Hugo spritz. They provided yummy complementary snacks like chips, olives and cheese and tomato skewers. Such a nice treat. The service was top tier and I look forward to visiting next time I'm in Capri.

It is clean, quiet and well maintained with beautiful grounds surrounding the premises. It has a popular roof top bar that enjoys the same views as the hotel, which as mentioned, are exquisite. Breakfast is very good and offers a wide range of day starters. The hotel's location makes it a fairly long walk to the Piazza and is generally uphill going, so it may be difficult for some, but if you can, you should. The staff is professional, and maybe a bit stiff at the front desk, but the hotel and pool waiters are very attentive. Francesco, who attends at the pool anticipates your requests and acts quickly to meet them. Bravo!

The staff at the pool is also very welcoming and attentive. Francesco does everything with such delight, and that's how employees should work. He actually wants to be here to help out. Anyways the lunch at the pool area is also delicious. I recommend the shrimp avocado salad and the king prawns. Loved it. The breakfast is so delicious as well. Very fresh. It's more of a continental buffet, but you can order from the menu as well. The omelette I ordered with prosciutto and tomatoes was amazing. The coffee spectacular. The view of the hotel is nothing like I've seen before. So beautiful, you can see the mountainside and the ocean at the same time. It's also a quiet hotel, where everyone respects that. Perfectly vintage as well. The rooms are very clean and the staff does a very good job at keeping it that way. One criticism I have is that the concierge were not that helpful in helping us make reservations with restaurants. They should've tried more I feel. Other than that that we had a beautiful stay! Thank you hotel Luna! We will come back again next year !

My husband chose the beef ravioli, and I selected the truffle gnocchi with walnuts. My husband's ravioli were housemade and extremely tasteful. The view is absolutely breathtaking, we had the restaurant to ourselves because we chose to eat early that night and I'm so glad we did. It was the perfect beginning to an amazing trip.

Our bags were taken in from the car, we were offered cappuccinos, and we were even able to check in early. The room was fresh, clean, and really pretty. The bathroom is narrow but very nice and the shower has so many options for water flow and pressure. The bed was really comfy and they gave us complimentary sleep kits with ear plugs and masks, which we happily used. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, they answered every question we had, and gave us plenty of tips and recommendations. Like this one: if you need your laundry done, there's a place around the corner called Arcoíris/Rainbow. It's cash only, and the closest ATM is down the road a few minutes called Gym Tonic. It's €25 and they will deliver it to your hotel! We only ate breakfast once, but it has lots of options and variety and you can order custom omelets and coffee. We did eat at the hotel restaurant M'ama and really enjoyed it. The food was great, the view was spectacular, the wine was delicious, and it was so nice to walk back to the room right after dinner!
