Let's start with the general manager telling me I called him a liar... The FACTS for the Seneca…read morelocation: 3/30/26: called and spoke with someone about getting my Toro 30 inch Timemaster for an annual service. The person stated they could get it pretty quick since is was just a basic service, especially the mower was brand new this past July. 4/02/26: Brought the Toro around 2pm for the service. Asked again about the length of repair and again, it was shared that it should be a few days for the basic (oil, gas, sharpen blades, etc) service. Agreed that it should be completed by mid next week. 4/09/26. Called and talked with someone on their counter and they said they didn't see it ready, but would check on it and let me know asap. 4/11/26: after not reaching anyone about my mower, I drove to their business and was actually trying to find my mower. A person (this was who told me later that he was the General Manager) looked for it, couldn't find it and decided to check the system. He said my mower was dropped off on 4/9 - just two days ago - and it will take anywhere from 10-14 days to repair it. I stated it was dropped off on 4/2, not 4/9..which the GM argued with me on the facts. Given that, decided to just take my mower elsewhere. after the GM helped me load the mower in my truck, it was then the GM told me that he was upset with me calling him a liar. Would NEVER say that and call me done with this company...forever.

Not surprised to see the reviews. I have been buying at Landscaper's supply for 20 years, and…read morehave given them leeway to run their business how they like, though frequently coming out feeling insulted. Three experiences... 1) Asked about buying a "half scoop" of mulch because I have a small truck, and that fills it. Noticed I was rung up for 1.6 cu yd (without warning) and was told it's because they "cannot measure exactly". So, apparently they're sure they always go a little over, I guess. Eventually, I decided they can charge what they like, and the 20-something just wasn't courteous enough to explain in advance, or in a better way. Shoot, they can charge $1 for a scoop and $0.99 for a half if they like, right? 2) Was quoted $35 for 4 hrs with a tiller (I think. it was a tiller), and when I returned, I was charged $75. I pointed at the 20-something who had given me the quote and explained that she had quoted $35. The new 20-something, basically said, "well, she was wrong. Too bad." 3) Today, asked for a 1/2 scoop of compost (quoted $65/scoop). Charged $48, without explanation. I declined because apparently the policy is to charge 7/10 of a scoop for 1/2 scoop. So, the issue in #1 above has worsened. They used to charge 1.6 for 1.5 cu yd. Now they charge 2.1 for 1.5 cu yd. I usually root loudly for local businesses, but this one seems to consider it a privilege for you to shop there.

Actually three stars is considered a positive review and not a negative one at all. I love to support local Gaffney, S.C. places of business! My evaluation of your fine store is that it's a mixture of boutique and shoe repair. Only my opinion; but this doesn't address a tremendous need in downtown. If a man or lady wants to purchase everyday footwear, they mostly have to go Walmart, Shoe Show, or to Bargain Shoes. If you could carry a good selection of Skechers or complete line of tennis shoes and advertise them at somewhat competitive prices, I believe along with your current offerings, you'd have a big winner! I'd be a customer myself as I'd much prefer to buy from independents than chain stores. One big advantage that you already have is the avoidance of congested traffic such as is found at the previously mentioned stores! I upped my review to four stars because of your obvious passion to your business and I Thank You for responding to my review. Should you decide to get a good line of casual men's footwear please repost to me. I'd love to be a good customer and recommend your store to my friends!

This is a warranty repair. I call weekly to the manufacturer and this business. No one ever knows anything, they have no updates. All their comercial customers are taken care of ahead of me. I spoke to Caleb today and he told me all warranty jobs take THREE MONTHS. I am 70 years old and cut my .27 acre property every week. It has now not been cut for 4 weeks and no one cares. NEVER, if you are an individual, go to this company for repairs of any small engine. Maybe if I were younger and and a man my equipment would have been repaired long ago.

MacAbee charged her $72. *Thankfully* they told her they couldn't (or wouldn't) do the same for another similar but non-Stihl leaf blower which also needed service. She found Small Engine Solutions who performed the exact same repair and only charged her $20. We will certainly recommend anyone we know who needs such service and doesn't want to get ripped off go to Small Engine Solutions. Note: this company is new and therefore didn't have their website up & running at the time of this review. They purchased the old business at their location for years known as Weed Whackers.
