For example, she told me at my last appointment that I could run my labs whenever I wanted and then only make a follow-up appointment if something turned up. Well, something did turn up. When I contacted her office, I got a passive-aggressive reply saying that I didn't make an appointment to review the labs before running them. I did just what she told me to do! When I mentioned this, I was all but told that I was lying and she would never have said that. It's not the first time this has happened, but I've let it go previously.
