Some of them left me on hold for HOURS and then hung up on me without helping me. But for WEEKS, I have been trying to get my dad his medication and for hours with them on hold and transferring me because they don't handle my situation in that department. My situation was literally when can I get my dad his medicine?!? It had been PROCESSING since mid January and now it's mid February. I can't get ONE single answer from them. After I finally switched to Lumicera (Shoutout to Lumicera because they were able to help me out within 30 minutes and get my dad his medicine the NEXT DAY) But after switching pharmacies I finally get a call from Accredo telling me that ..... my dad's medicine is being PROCESSED !! Thanks for wasting my time Accredo and thanks for wasting your money to give people jobs where they don't do anything to help because this company probably has a really sh*tty process that their employees also have to go through.

I have an M shaped lip which I know can be more challenging, and they were both caring and tactical as to the amount of filler they administered to me, keeping my natural shape while also enhancing the plumpness and giving me a refresh. My nurse injectors, Cynthia and Alithea, were incredible. They made me feel so comfortable the whole time by offering stress balls and giving me countdowns and little heads-ups before every injection so nothing felt unexpected. There have been times when the wait was long, even with an appointment, but other visits have been quick. Regardless, the wait has always been worth it because we've consistently received great care. It's hard to find a place you trust for your family over so many years, and we've always been very happy with the care we've received here. Highly recommend!
