An hour wait in the waiting room, a half hour wait in the exam room and a 3 minute visit from the doctor. They should be ashamed of themselves. They value their profit more than your time. They over-schedule to maximize the cash flow. I've been here twice, once as a patient and once with my daughter, and that's 4 hours of my life I'll never get back. We'll never come back here.

It was Not free. They did not take an after picture to compare during the follow up. I'm two days in and see no results and still have movement in my forehead and between eyes. Bobbi said she almost used the wrong syringe on my forehead because someone else put it in her room. That it would of hurt and been bad. So I can't help but wonder if I was injected with something that was a not Botox.

I arrived a few minutes early and immediately sensed tension from the staff member at the front desk. Although she offered me water, her tone carried an attitude that caught me off guard. While waiting, I also witnessed personal conversations and what appeared to be free services being provided to friends or family members. The staff member even felt the need to explain that the young girls going to the back were related to an employee and receiving underarm treatments. This was unnecessary and unprofessional to share with a client. When I was finally brought into her office, I explained that I was interested in lower leg treatment. She went over the process, and when she began showing pricing on the screen, I let her know I couldn't see it clearly due to recently needing glasses. I apologized and asked her to continue verbally. As she explained the pricing, I asked a few clarifying questions--such as the "up to 70% off" advertised on their website and why she kept repeating "minus $20" after each number. Instead of simply answering, she abruptly told me that she had "respected me and expected the same respect," implying that I had been disrespectful for asking questions or interjecting when I didn't understand something. This was shocking and completely inappropriate. I paused the conversation to clarify what she meant and asked directly if she felt I had disrespected her. She said yes, claiming I had "cut her off multiple times." At that point, it was clear the interaction had gone in a direction no professional consultation should ever go. I expressed that her behavior felt personal and biased, and her response was to mention that she has a mixed child--an irrelevant and dismissive comment often used to deflect accountability rather than address the issue. I left without completing the consultation. The entire experience was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and handled with a lack of professionalism and emotional intelligence. I cannot recommend this location based on how I was treated, and I hope the company addresses the customer service issues occurring here.
