It was Not free. They did not take an after picture to compare during the follow up. I'm two days in and see no results and still have movement in my forehead and between eyes. Bobbi said she almost used the wrong syringe on my forehead because someone else put it in her room. That it would of hurt and been bad. So I can't help but wonder if I was injected with something that was a not Botox.

Colby called me and asked about my skin/hair type to figure out the right type of laser for me. The pricing for a touch up was very reasonable. The building was beautiful, the staff were so kind. They allow you privacy to get changed and give you a fancy skirt coverup (I have never been given that at a laser location before and usually have had to get undressed in front of the staff which is awkward). It felt like a spa experience for laser which I have never experienced. They even offer you a drink. I was blown away and would highly highly recommend. My only complaint was I reached out asking if I should shave before a touch up and didn't hear back, and I was in fact supposed to, so there could've been slightly better communication and instructions- but I also didn't follow up or call to ask so that's partially on me. 10/10, definitely go here.

I had purchased several Groupons for different things as self-care time, and I am so glad I did. The office location is on the second floor of the building and there is just one elevator. Each time I've been, it hasn't been crowded so I've never felt unsafe or too close to any strangers. The office itself is very clean as well with hand sanitizer easily available everywhere. Before you can have any procedures, you have to sign a number of waivers and read over alot of information about each one. The staff gives you an ipad with everything on it so you're not wasting any paper and everything is emailed to you as well so you have a copy. I had a microdermabrasion first which was such an interesting procedure. I've never had one before so I was so appreciative that Sierra explained everything to me step by step. Sierra made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The products she used on my face felt great, and my face looked AMAZING afterwards! She gave me great recommendations for taking care of my skin moving forward. My next visit was for a teeth whitening. I was honestly a bit skeptical going in- there are all those products that promise beautiful teeth and have no results. I was so wrong! For this one, you are on the table with this crazy thing keeping your mouth open. There are several products that go on your teeth that actually didn't taste bad, and then you get little sunglasses to protect your eyes and sit under this extremely bright light. I should mention that I was supposed to have this done when I had my facial, but Sierra noticed a cut on my lip that would have burned like crazy had I gone ahead that day, so I came back for this one. Thank goodness for her catching that- it seriously would have buuuuuuuurned! So all is well, and my teeth look so great! I am beyond happy with my experience. Definitely ask for Sierra- she is the BEST and so nice!
