Dr Griffin and her team are amazing and I have been so happy with all of the services I have…read morereceived. The team is friendly and always accommodating. Noelle and Shelly are personable and always make me feel like I am their only client! Dr Griffin takes her time to explain everything and the outcomes have been transformational!

It is my understanding that this practice was well esteemed under the former providers. However, I…read morefollowed Dr. Griffin over from her former practice and have been tremendously disappointed. While her personality isn't the warmest or engaging, I can deal with that as long as I am getting my needs addressed. When I switched to Tidal Wellness, I was told that the monthly fee would include having access to the doctor and administration via text or phone after hours. This was especially appealing since the main office phone rarely worked or was answered. This is definitely not as advertised. While you can text, it does not mean you will get a response. And I cannot count how many times the office phone was not functioning. Between the inability to get in touch with staff and the dirty exam table paper that still had the prior patient's imprints on it, I was a bit shocked. In addition, if you believe masks are important during a pandemic (as literally every other medical provider I have been to does), you may want to reconsider. I have never seen the doctor wear one, and her staff are hit or miss (they usually only put one on if you do). However, I continued to give the benefit of the doubt and attributed this to being overwhelmed with the start of a new business. Also, I really did not feel like starting over with someone new, so I continued. I am very active in my medical care and I believe it is important to be proactive. I ask questions and make sure I understand. The final straw came when I requested some simple labs be run. Dr Griffin obliged. However when I get the labs back, only a portion of them were run, but she had added on labs that were unnecessary. I realize I am not a doctor, but because I was the one requesting the labs and it wasn't due to actual symptoms occurring, there was Absolutely no medical basis for her to run these labs. A sidenote... My rheumatologist had run these exact special labs less than 30 days prior and they were completely fine. Now I am trying to battle with my insurance company to get them to pay for the same labs that were done in such a short period of time. There is the potential that I may be stuck with this bill. I have attempted numerous times to reach out to Dr Griffin to professionally and politely discuss this issue. She has avoided me. I stopped in to make an appointment and spoke with Nick. He scheduled me for a Telehealth appointment but then never put it in the system. When I called at the time of my appointment, he admitted his error, but then he responded with " that happens sometimes." Neither he nor Dr Griffin showed any real interest in trying to resolve this situation. I am not one to leave reviews; however, when a patient is paying money out of pocket for services, they should be aware of what they are receiving. And when we are talking about health...we deserve better as patients. I will happily pay the monthly fee for the remainder of this month and for next month. Based on my experiences going into the office, it is clear to me that tidal wellness needs it more than I do. The professionalism of this office is grossly suspect. I would caution anyone to do their research and be very careful when choosing whether or not to make this practice your point of contact for medical care. My recommendation for Dr. Griffin is that she spend some time training on office management. While she may have medical training, business management is clearly lacking. When you choose to run a business, you are choosing all of it.

This review includes several visits, all of which were great! I worked with Sierra Merritt each…read moretime who is absolutely wonderful! I had purchased several Groupons for different things as self-care time, and I am so glad I did. The office location is on the second floor of the building and there is just one elevator. Each time I've been, it hasn't been crowded so I've never felt unsafe or too close to any strangers. The office itself is very clean as well with hand sanitizer easily available everywhere. Before you can have any procedures, you have to sign a number of waivers and read over alot of information about each one. The staff gives you an ipad with everything on it so you're not wasting any paper and everything is emailed to you as well so you have a copy. I had a microdermabrasion first which was such an interesting procedure. I've never had one before so I was so appreciative that Sierra explained everything to me step by step. Sierra made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The products she used on my face felt great, and my face looked AMAZING afterwards! She gave me great recommendations for taking care of my skin moving forward. My next visit was for a teeth whitening. I was honestly a bit skeptical going in- there are all those products that promise beautiful teeth and have no results. I was so wrong! For this one, you are on the table with this crazy thing keeping your mouth open. There are several products that go on your teeth that actually didn't taste bad, and then you get little sunglasses to protect your eyes and sit under this extremely bright light. I should mention that I was supposed to have this done when I had my facial, but Sierra noticed a cut on my lip that would have burned like crazy had I gone ahead that day, so I came back for this one. Thank goodness for her catching that- it seriously would have buuuuuuuurned! So all is well, and my teeth look so great! I am beyond happy with my experience. Definitely ask for Sierra- she is the BEST and so nice!

My second treatment and hospital stay were on 4/20/26. They have yet to refund my money for the two treatments that I was told by my doctor that I can't receive. Donielle (spa director in Wilmington, NC location) would not answer my calls or respond to messages I left at the office. (Her voicemail is full) I finally went to the office on July 24, 2026. Donielle texted me that day and said they were going to send me a check for the two treatments I didn't receive. It's now Sept. 20th and I have yet to receive a check. Do not go to this location.

Loosing weight and feeling great! Not to mention the entire staff are some of the most wonderful…read morepeople I've ever met.

It's the only thing that's worked in over 7 years!…read more After years of cancer surgeries & taking hormone therapy I needed help. In full disclosure, I'm a curvy girl with booty & thighs/pear shaped. I'm active, walk a lot, cross-fit multiple times/week, drink lots of water, eat pescatarian & supplement protein with low-carb & low-sugar. Summary? I'm pretty healthy! I've struggled with weight for years (I'm 52) but always kept on top of it & exercised. I don't overeat, and I even have to make myself eat more as I don't eat enough. I've stayed around 170 (5'6") for prolly 8-10 years, and was maybe 155 in my 30's. I don't fluctuate with weight a lot. And with cancer & knee issues the past 5-8 years I've prolly been within 3-5 pounds of 170 the whole 5-8 years. I saw a nutritionist. I talked to my oncologist. I did intermittent fasting. Did Herbalife. Did Isagenix. Did Keto. Even did Lipo at one point! Im usually in a calorie deficit or very close with exercise. Needless to say I was fed up with being STUCK!! I've heard of B12 shots, had friends who did it with medium-results. I never tried it. So now was the tipping point to try one-more-thing! OMG WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! In just about 4 weeks, doing the shots on a 7-day basis & Phentermine in the mornings (these 2 combined are the regime here).....Im down almost 10 lb! I feel FANTASTIC, have energy WITHOUT any 'shakies' or heart-racing. My bloating is GONE. My carb & sweet cravings are only occasional & the smallest amount satisfies the urge. After the 1st shot, it took about 2-3 days & I started feeling decidedly pep-i-er. I thought it was mostly the Phentermine, but about 8-days in I forgot the Phentermine on a weekend trip & was still feeling GREAT after 2-days skipping it. Sometimes I forget in the AM, so I'll take 1/2 if it's lunchtime. It's about $180 the first visit which is the consult, measurements & 1 shot plus 5 to take home. YES, they do your BP, oxy, weight & est. BMI....it's benchmarking measures, this is not a doctors office folks, it's a practice. You get a consult with a Registered Nurse. At follow up it was $329 for 10 take-home shots & the Phentermine is about $11 at CVS. Advice is to do shots 5-7 days apart, you can continue for quite a while if desired as it's not a 'drug' but a supplement 'concoction'. Phentermine they suggest you can continue until it's not having an effect & then break for a month. I'm pretty healthy & just needed a 'nudge' for my metabolism, so 2-3 mo total will likely be my stopping point....just trying to be practical & focus on the MAIN contributors of diet+exercise! Bottom line, as a curvy girl, like most normal women, we struggle every day - for life. But I want to stay HEALTHY & ACTIVE!! This was THE ONLY THING that kick-started my metabolism!!! So INCREDIBLY happy I gave this a try!!!
