I had dealing with this company that were less than satisfactory. I have tried numerous times to have them return my calls but they have gone ignored. I went to the BBB and they also received no answer to their inquiries. When I dealt with this company it was Rej Specialized Floor Covering but at present they are also using this name on the internet to try to drum up business. The persons phone and address are the same. It is frustrating that people can just use another name and no one finds out about there reviews because they just use another name to list it but it does trail back to their original company, and the consumer has to be as diligent as them to check where ever they can .Our deck is a mess , the product has lifted, the plywood is rotting underneath as the holes were the product did not adhere to allowed rain to enter. They put no drainage so the water sat on it until it stopped raining and we could brush it off. We will have no alternative but to sue if we want to get our funds back. That is our only recourse at this time.
