I just wanted paw pads trimmed, feather feets, her butt hairs, and to give shape to her tail hairs and they also took it upon themselves to cut her tail completely. Horrible service. When I called to tell her how disappointed I was she kept trying to cut me off and also when my dog arrived to me because my mom picked her up she was severely dehydrated. Brought my dog here for a dental cleaning and a possible extraction. Since she would be under…read moreanesthesia, I asked for her nails to be trimmed so it would be easier on our dog. Groomers and myself have a hard time trimming them, because shes had a bad experience and ever since it's been tough. They told us to come 09/01 to bring her in for her cleaning. We bring her and front desk told us she'll possibly be done by 3pm. We get a call that there were other pets that had emergencies. We completely understand, but now she'd be done or out by 6-7pm. This entire process took us 12 hours. While her being under anesthesia would be the best outcome for a dog since they wouldn't be moving, they did not care AT ALL about her quicks. I understand that vets/vet techs are challenged with dark nails. But nails were shaven down extremely too short and uneven. She bled on all her nails. It sucks for those who also had a bad experience, everything in front desk felt absolutely rushed. We were speaking to too many different people at a time. Im also unsure if they treated her well during her dental cleaning if this is what her nails look like. I haven't gotten to look at her teeth yet since she's been exhausted after her appt yesterday. I will probably update, or not. I'm not returning to this place.

I used Google Translate to explain to the medical staff his issues (heart murmur/failure, horrible teeth). Then the veterinarian that spoke English arrived and saw him. He explained what they would do and I left him there for a couple hours. They extracted 3 teeth and cleaned his remaining teeth and gave aftercare medicine and instructions! Wabi is doing great and his remaining teeth look amazing! This was at a fraction of the cost of the quotes I got from his vet in OC. They only take cash! Highly recommend! Pro tip - if you have global entry, register your car so you can take the fast sentri lanes. I went back to SD to eat breakfast with family while I waited for Wabi to be ready. Also, try to go on a weekday since they don't take appointments and it's first come, first served. If they are busy they may make you come back another day for the procedure. If you think your dog may need to undergo anesthesia - refrain from giving them food/water before you visit.
