Wow. I love this place of healing! The staff here is SO friendly and kind. Laura and Jess are so welcoming ( and cute ;) )! I am really picky on where I go to get adjustments. I got into a bad car accident in December and needed a chiro. I just so happened to have gone to Dr. Reinhardt before my accident because of a yelp coupon and really liked his office and his work ethics. The silver lining of having my legs go out and being in excruciating pain... having the opportunity to meet Dr. Reinhardt and his entire staff. His thorough review of my lengthy spinal history and issues led to his recommendation of an immediate MRI. If I hadn't made that initial appointment a couple months ago, I fear I would have ended up in the hospital ER with the recommendation of surgery. Once he reviewed the MRI, he confidently said he would be able to help me. He detailed the MRI results and explained thoroughly a plan of action... direct and honest. While in town visiting family I had gone to the gym and then found myself in need of a Chiropractor. I had read reviews on yelp and reached out to Dr. Reinhardt's office to see if they would be able to see me. Laura was so kind and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. Upon arrival, Laura greeted me and gave me a tour of the office. This was my first experience at a chiropractor so I had no idea what to expect. Dr Reinhardt is so nice and put me right at ease. He explained every piece of equipment being used during my session and what to expect. I was able to do another appointment the next day as well and after two appointments I'm feeling so much better. After more than a decade of lower back issues, I decided to see a chiropractor and Dr. Graham came highly recommend. I let him know that I have reservations about potential treatment and he was understanding and extremely informational. Our initial examination was thorough and the follow up appointment we reviewed his report and came with great recommendations for passive treatments as well as adjustments. The passive treatments that he laid out, have some that I work on at home and others that Dr. Graham assists with during our appointments. I went to Dr Reinhardt for severe neck pain several years ago. He was extremely professional and comforting. I was very fearful because neck and back problems run in my family - many requiring major surgery. Dr Reinhardt calmed all my fears and came up with a great plan for rehabbing my neck. Dr. Reinhardt is about as good as you will ever find. I had a back injury a few years ago and have needed regular chiropractic for some time. My old Doc retired and I had to find a new chiropractor. Now I have learned over the years that anybody who is ready to just jump in and start cracking you back without first investigating and getting x-rays etc is not to be trusted! Dr. R won my confidence by first asking for xrays and MRI and looked at my WHOLE spine not just the place that I hurt. We then proceeded to look at other issues that were not being addressed by my previous DR's. Set a course to recoverery and PT to help keep things healing and getting stronger. You will have to put some of your own effort in but with this office you will have support and concern throughout your treatment. Also they can work it out with most all insurance so just becuz they may not be in your network ask them about a workaround....there are ways!!! read more

Dr. Reinhardt was extremely helpful this past summer while I was training for a marathon. I injured my leg in the middle of training and after a month of rest, I feared that I would not be able to run the race. I started seeing Dr. Reinhardt and I immediately saw results. Went to see Dr. Reinhardt for debilitating sciatica. After a very thorough initial exam, he came back with a well documented treatment plan. I initially went to see Dr. R. because of knee pain that had stopped me from running and also made it hurt to walk. I was pretty distressed about the whole issue and was dubious of getting a new chiro after having an amazing one when I lived in Florida. At a booth at the farmer's market in Cherry Creek, I asked him to convince me I should come see him in 2 minutes or less after I told him my problem- it took him 30 seconds of talking to assess that he was going to be great! Within in 4-6 session, Dr. R. got my knee back in shape, gave me a list of at home exercises I could do to strengthen the muscles around my knee and then I was literally up and running! I now see him for maintenance when my body gets out of alignment and he takes great care of me. I was injured at work and my Workman's Compensation company had Dr. Reinhardt listed as a provider that is contracted to take Workman's Comp. patients. After the appointment was set-up and scheduled through a conference call between my care provider and Dr. Reinhardt's office, I received a call back from Laura, and then she had me speak directly with Dr. Reinhardt. He explained to me that 'he does not take W/C cases and "sorry" and I will be happy to see you, as long as you are not under Worker's Compensation treatment/care'. I called Align Company back and was told that Dr. Reinhardt is a contracted W/C Chiropractor, and that he would have to take me as a patient. He expressed some upset with the representative at Align, when she told him that he has a contract to take workman compensation cases. Bottom line - I want Doctors/Physicians that have Integrity, and this interaction with Dr. Reinhardt tells me he doesn't have what I want or need in a Chiropractor. I have found another facility/Dr. within the Cherry Creek area that will take me as a patient, due to a work related injury, without any discrimination. I also requested that this non-compliance demonstrated by Dr. Reinhardt be reported through the Worker Compensation services, as he must receive some compensation from the State or Companies that have him listed as a provider, that sees Worker Compensation cases, as well as those patients that have money, and coverage through their employers health plans. I have medical coverage through my work, however this is a work related injury, and needs to be handled through W/C coverage NOT my own personal insurance. After being told that he has to take me as a patient, I decided NOT to go to him, because he might not treatment me with the respect, knowing that he initial refused, and now brought to his attention something that he and his staff members already are responsible to know and accept. read more
