HOLY SH*T!!! I…read morehonestly don't even know how to put this experience into words yet. I booked a session with Janet because I was carrying an enormous amount of grief, heartbreak, anxiety, and stress. I hoped for some peace and emotional healing. I absolutely did not expect what happened next! I've had an excruciatingly painful frozen shoulder for more than five years. I've had severe hip and knee pain for a decade. After my session yesterday, I can lift my arm completely over my head, reach it behind me, and move it in ways I haven't been able to without pain in YEARS. My hips and knees are about 95% pain-free. My teenager and I must have said, "WHAT THE F*CK?!" at least a dozen times yesterday. I'm not going to pretend I understand exactly what happened, and I'm not here to tell anyone else what their experience will be. I can only tell you what I experienced: something shifted dramatically for me! I originally came because my heart was broken, and my anxiety was out of control. I left feeling like something much bigger had opened up. Janet's warmth, presence, and connection to God were especially meaningful to me. And here's the part that makes me laugh: my teenager normally wants absolutely NOTHING to do with energy healing/Reiki-type things. He thinks I'm a bit "kooky" with this stuff. To say he was skeptical is an understatement. But after seeing me, even he wants an appointment. His exact position is basically, "I don't think I need that Reiki stuff, but I'll do the talking part." Janet, thank you! I came looking for help with my broken heart and somehow walked out feeling differently in my body, heart, mind, and soul. I'm still processing it. I can't wait to book again!!! For my teen, too! Because, HOLY SH*T!!!

I'll spare the details, and I'm still figuring things out medically, but I believe this young woman made an immediate difference in my healing. I'll admit I have been a bit of a skeptic of body talk...apparently I'm one of those that has to be desperate to get out of my comfort zone of beliefs (the phrase, 'there are no atheists in foxholes' comes to mind), but I was definitely in a foxhole. Michelle Johnson offered to do a distance body session with me, and followed it up with a detailed email describing what my body was telling her it needed. It fit what I knew was already going on with me--she was not informed of these facts ahead of time. Following her healing session I woke up the next morning about 80% better. I am back among the living again, which is such a wonderful thing. She gave me simple directions to maximize the healing she facilitated during her session. Please check her out. Michelle is talented, compassionate, and dedicated to working towards healing of body, spirit, mind.
