I booked a session with Janet because I was carrying an enormous amount of grief, heartbreak, anxiety, and stress. I hoped for some peace and emotional healing. I absolutely did not expect what happened next! I've had an excruciatingly painful frozen shoulder for more than five years. I've had severe hip and knee pain for a decade. After my session yesterday, I can lift my arm completely over my head, reach it behind me, and move it in ways I haven't been able to without pain in YEARS. My hips and knees are about 95% pain-free. My teenager and I must have said, "WHAT THE F*CK?!" at least a dozen times yesterday.
