After a rather unpleasant experience at a reflexology practice in the Costco shopping district on Harvard Way, I opted to find an alternative massage therapist. I'm glad I was motivated to find someone new. She addressed the pain I was feeling in my right elbow with 10 minutes of deep tissue therapy by focusing on my upper right arm. The fascia build up in other parts of my body were also alleviated with her firm and targeted pressure. Brenda pointed out problem areas that I should work on, and recommended use of a foam roller to avoid fascia build up in other areas. I felt like I was walking on water upon completion of my 90 minute session. The location of her office was super convenient, and there is plenty of free parking available. Brenda will be my go-to massage therapist in Reno moving forward. I look forward to future therapy sessions!

Like an, "I'm so sorry!" Just about "her time" that I already paid for. 2) No working with me for an alternative to maybe do a massage or something instead when I get back into town. Maybe she just doesn't care about repeat business or referrals being a small business. Go somewhere else.

I told them I was looking for specific herbs, and Garry himself initially said I would be better off going to a different place, because the Ayurvedic or Indian herbs used were blends, and had different names than I was looking for. He continued to point me to herbs that were similar and advised me on general things to avoid or do when taking these herbs. I mentioned that I had specific instructions to follow my Dr's protocol, but he was a little pushy about it. He meant well, but I was frustrated as he kept insisting on giving unsolicited advice. I thanked him, and Garry's wife came out instead and she was very friendly and not at all pushy. It turns out she is familiar with my Dr. and it was nice to not have to explain myself further. I left with some organic Ashwagandha capsules, although they are 1.5X the price of an alternative online. I'd still come back, although I'll probably look for the specific herbs for a different source. They also have a plethora of massage oils and allergy sprays that seem worth looking into.
