The delivery drive made a call to the shop who refused to accept that the order was 8pm. I gave the driver a copy of the email and he went away to sort it out saying that this had happened before, I can't fault him he was very helpful it was the staff at th shop who were not. 8pm arrived and so did a new batch fo pizzas.
