Rang again when it was an hour late, was shouted at, told they were busy & hung up on. Rang back to cancel & request a refund, was told they'd not taken my money so wouldn't get a refund and was hung up on again. Rang Just Eat, who contacted them & were dealt with quite rudely & told that the order had been delivered without any issue, so there would be no refund. Just Eat have refunded me. It's a real shame because their food is good but I'm not being shouted at, hung up on, lied about & robbed for the sake of a decent kebab!

But as long as you are happy to eat at home they really can not be beaten

All went well ordered what we wanted, recieved email conformation etc. Birthday party day arrived and I put in a call to the shop to confirm that everthing was still ok with the order. 7pm arrived and so did the pizzas, we had ordered them for 8pm guests hadn't arrived yet! The delivery drive made a call to the shop who refused to accept that the order was 8pm. I gave the driver a copy of the email and he went away to sort it out saying that this had happened before, I can't fault him he was very helpful it was the staff at th shop who were not. 8pm arrived and so did a new batch fo pizzas. This is not a place I would use for delivery again.

And a great big bowl of prawn crackers on the counter for you to munch at while you wait. It's easy enough to find, just down Bell Street on the left as you head up towards Crawley. But they do home delivery, which might be more of a wait, but it'll be worth it.

The box had this info printed on a label outside. I got pickles and so little sauce, that I suspect it was put on with a micropipette! I would have complained, but I did not have time to wait for a replacement, as I had an appointment.
