Called here today because I literally just needed to buy a new tire and have it installed. Some guy answered the phone and just says "hi", so I say hello back to him. In a rushed and kind of sarcastic manner he said "well, what do you want?" I said, "I need to buy a new tire please." The guy said, "ok!?" in a very condescending tone. I was too surprised to say anything further and he goes "are you kidding me??" and hangs up. The point of my story is this. It's 2025 and there are a lot of options. If you unnecessarily talk to me like I'm a jerk, then I'm not going to do business with you. In fact, I can, will, and did do business with your competitor instead. My family has been buying Cooper tires from Reid's for years. Solid prices and no BS. They also do free repairs. No appointments can be a tad annoying during the busy winter season but most of the time you can stop in and they fix your tire(s) or sell you replacements instantly. I would simply give them a call before you plan on stopping over to see how busy it is. I went in today because my tire was slowly leaking air. They grabbed my keys and fixed the rim & tire in less than five minutes. Customer service doesn't get better than that. Be sure to tip the person who works on your car. read more

My tire had a slow leak and they took me right away and fixed the tire at no charge.I gave the worker a tip but will always purchase my tires here in the future because of this nice gesture and also how quickly they fixed the problem. read more

Since new owners took over it is not the same. I would have given 5 stars before. They charged $ 32 to remove snow tires. Before they did not charge if you bought all your tires there. I would find a new place to do business. read more

Honest folks who know what they are doing. This place is hands down the best. I had a slow leak in a tire and I stopped there today without an appointment. I was told 45 minutes but before even 30 had gone by, the guy told me I had a screw in the tire and I was "all set." I went to the counter to pay and he told me he wasn't charging me anything. Now, before you go thinking it's just my beauty and charm that gets me free stuff, my husband took our old car here years ago and they hammered out our rims and did some other work for free. They're just good people. This is the only place I will ever go for tires. read more

The absolute best customer service of any tire/mechanic shop I've ever been to! I dropped off my car to have the rim fixed - the air valve popped off so there was a gaping hole in it. I came back after work and they fixed it, and wouldn't let me pay for it!!! I was so surprised and humbled by that experience. Thank you, I will always come to you for any tire issues I have in the future! read more

Reid's used to be a great place to buy tires. Since it has new owners it is not the same. Service prices more than tripled. There is no reason to go there anymore. Installing snow tires used to be free is now $30 for two tires. read more

It was a terrible experience. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am & the guy at the front desk (not wearing a mask) tells me it will be 3 hours, I get a ride home & wait it out. After 3 hours I head back to Reid's and I ask if it's done and he tells me "no we actually don't have the tire that you need" I received no call, no text, nothing. He just stares at me and asks what I want to do. Such a terrible experience, Reid's now has lost a customer & every single person that I have referred to them. Thanks for nothing, wish I had this guys name because he was terrible (mustache, no mask, carhartt winter hat) I believe it's "Ken" & he was the absolute worst. do not go here read more

I needed new shoes for my car so after calling around to everyplace I could think of, I landed here at Reid's on Seneca. No appointment, no bullshit, just fast service at a reasonable price. Plenty of seating in the waiting room along with a TV and coffee. Friendly and knowledgeable staff got me what I wanted at what I wanted to pay. I would definitely recommend. read more

As a customer of Reids tires, it's where we go when tire issues arise. Had a dash light on for a low tire. Pulled in today, 5/12/20, 8am. Jason and crew(all so courteous & efficient) took me right in. Rim leak fixed in 20 min. Who doesn't like quick efficient service? Great place for all tire needs. Have also spaced seats for current virus concerns. A pleasure to visit this place read more

I have gotten my tires from reids for years. Been awhile with being out of state, but when i needed tires this year, i went back and they are still great as always. Got the tires i wanted for the vehicle, which they did not have in house (Firestone) and had them on the car in two days. I just had an issue with bad lug nuts and they did the lug nuts by hand, which i was very appreciated about. They even worked around my schedule.I would totally recommend them for any tire needs. read more

I found a nail in my tire on my way home from work. I live in West Seneca right around the block so I brought my car in. Even without an appointment that had me in and out. I should have went to Walmart! The so called manager was rude insisted on me leaving my vehicle. My rims are all dinged up after the cob job. Every tire had a different air pressure. The guy who was wearing a bandana could care less and had a horrible attitude. Used to love the old manager. This guy needs lessons on how to speak to customers.(ladies) Does anyone know of a escalation phone number? My tires need to be rebalanced but dont care to deal with this guy? I could have went to any other place. What a mistake. read more

What happened to Reid's tires? It used to be great but since Randy left it is not the same. They used to put your snow tires on and off for no charge when you bought your tires there. Now it cost $40 if you have four tires. There is no reason to go there now. It is possible there are new owners. read more

I stripped the wheel weights off, cleaned the inside of the rims and deflated the tires for them. I made the deal and paid a deposit Monday Oct. 28th. Dropped off the wheels Oct. 29th and was told they might be done by 4 pm Oct 30th. They had to get the tires from their Lockport store. I called them at 4 pm Oct. 30th to check status. Not done. Called back Thursday Oct 31st. I was told they have to get the tires from the Lockport store (???) and they will be done Friday Nov 1st in the morning. I called back at 12:30 Nov 1st to check status. They are working on them right now. At 2:30 they are finally done. I get them...take them home and mount them. I looked at the date codes just out of curiosity. Normally 4 tires would have matching or close dates codes. 2 tires matched (2124) 1 tire is (3323) 1 tire is (4623). So 2 tires have been sitting for 1 year and 2 tire were made this year 2024. No apologies, no discount for my inconvenience. I will never ever do business again nor trust Tread City Tires.

In an hour they stoped the rattling sound with a simple tightening of my heat shield and sent me on my way- didn't have to pay any service fees. THANK YOU for keeping my trust! Ideally the heat shield would have been tightened properly the first time, but I also recognize the convenience and luxury of having people work on a car for me. These guys are always busy, so I still want to give 5 stars again just for keeping my trust! Who can blame them for having to work fast to see as many cars as possible in a day?

The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage

The associate who took my service request, was very friendly and did provide good suggestions. Not a detail pricing expert as I don't do it often, but I felt the services that were provided were worth what I paid. I will definitely try maintain and use the interior services again. Although the car did not get clean clean, but again it was in bad shape, so I couldn't complain. Few more should look like knew! My only pain point with delta sonic is the construction of ALL their shops not just this one. It's very stressfully to me trying to get to the car wash entrance. Everyone does not follow the every other car rule and it can't get ugly in that line!

That's why you're paying extra. Also, they only do a few things. An oil change, an air filter, wiper blades....They don't overhaul engines, they don't do AC repair, they don't sell tires. So when you go there to get an inspection, if something is going to fail, you know it's because it failed and not because they are trying to get more money out of you. (Not that all places do that, but you have piece of mind that it's not being done here.)

I could have just made and appointment somewhere else if i wanted to wait an hour for stuff to get done.
