That being said, Brick and Mortar is the perfect LOCAL shop for your holiday shopping needs specializing in home-kitchen-garden items. The layout and store front are beautifully organized offering unique, one of a kind items perfect for gifts or personal indulgence. They currently have some of the most gorgeous Christmas ornaments I've ever seen and sell an array of The Woods merchandise including Maine-made sea bags. After one visit I am already in love with this store and can't wait to do all my Christmas shopping right in Norway! I was very reluctant to put my items in a NON Climate controlled unit for such a long period of time but the owners suggested some very helpful ideas that has kept our belongings safe. First they told me to put plastic on the floor to create a moisture barrier. -Hmmm Concrete has moisture so if you ever stored boxes in your basement you would know what he is talking about. Second, never move items in that are damp or wet so don't move in when it is raining or snowing. Third if you plan on staying a long time through Winter & Summer, buy a bucket of Damp Rid which absorbs any moisture in the unit. All this information was explained to us by the owners so we still have valuable peaces that are not damaged at all. We love this place because of all the following: Owner answers the phone from 8am to 8pm 24 hour security They shovel in front of our doors for us all Winter It is not a Mud Hole in the Spring This place is the Best in Naples!

I am completely frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service I have had with GND right from the beginning with my 1st purchase of the 2 pieces I bought in 2024. I actually looked around and sought out other dock companies before deciding that at least your company would have my original plans and dock design and it would be easier to assemble the next 2 sections I was buying, but I was WRONG. I had explained to you that I was having to tow this dock system across the lake and needed to have 2 floats on the floating piece. On the morning of delivery I was informed that there was only one float on both pieces. How did you really think that I was going to tow this setup across the lake with 1 float? Seriously? I had told you more than 1 time I needed 2 floats and it was probably on a phone call so it is not documented so it never happened You said to me that you can not attach floats to a dock that has not been set up to attach the floats, See pictures. I didn't have any problems attaching 3 floats to the pieces I just bought. So included here are pictures of you SCREWING up your measurements of hinge line up from this new piece to my old piece with SPECIFIC explanation of the dock hinge line up STATING that the hinge line up would be configured with YOUR dock measurements to ensure that they would go together correctly with the new pieces I was buying down the road, 2026 You totally messed up your hinge placement engineering of my new dock to fit my old dock pieces. I am totally screwed by your incompetence of YOUR customer service communication.
