My son, being preoccupied with shopping because this is his type of store, did not see this but when we told hm about it after we left we had to talk him out of returning the over $200 in merchandise he had just purchased because we knew how much he wanted these things. Undoubtedly, despite its appeal, he said this was his last time in this store. In addition, everything seems over-priced.

The store is easy to find and when I entered I was greeted warmly. The salesman immediately asked if I needed helped and proceeded to retrieve my online order. Once I received my order I decided on a different bike because the one I ordered was too small for my son. The manager (Dennis) jumped right into action to start my return, showing me different bike options and inspecting the new bike I chose. The bike was on sale and I thought the overall value was good, the selection was vast too. The store was clean and each employee that I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I'd definitely return if needed.

One employee literally walkes me to the location, showed me what they had and once I explained the item needed he proceeded to look online and offer to order and ship it. However, while looking in the area we were still in I noticed the item that he was speaking about on their shelf marked down as it was "out of box/customer return" dates 10/3. This employee , assuming a manager, stated he would diacount that price more and radioed to the front check out the same for me. The checking out was just a pleasurable as walking in.

There is metered street parking available right by the entrance or you can try to find free street parking a block over and walk. This is apparently the largest Patagonia store on the East Coast and they even have their own Baltimore patch! They have sales on top of their outlet prices as well but just keep an eye on what they serial is actually on sale such as fleeces instead of the entire store being on additional sale. I came by for a yoga class on a Sunday morning (bring your own mat!). This was hosted by Andrea and attendance was about 15 people and was a very pleasant peaceful start to the morning! Ordered a turkey on white with lettuce and tomatoe and it was ready pretty quick. The wrapped sandwich, handed to me with a genuine smile, was so heavy, I had to check to make sure it was my order. Best sandwich ever. VERY generous and flavorfull sliced turkey, tomatoe so fresh and sweet, lettuce and white bread way better than the usual. I'm from Baltimore. I will continue the search for a new home on the Eastern Shore and look forward to returning to Molly's to take a seat in the resturant.

Came in to get my brother stuff and left getting us both items! I wasn't in the mood to try the clothing on so I asked the lady that was helping me how did their sports bras (more like fashionable crop tops hehehehe) fit? She explained the run small, so size up. Alright friends...I had the small and thank goodness I decided to take the time to try it on because the small was so tight....so on to the medium...less tight but my tiny self had to get the large to actually feel like I am not being squeezed to death lol. So that's a forewarning. It appears the jackets and joggers were true to size. I also can't forget asking the lady about the North face jacket model they had some years back where your sleeves had built in half gloves. She hadn't seen anything this year but decided to look on the stores iPad to see if she could find any. Thought that was sweet. Her counterpart that was working with here showed me hiking jacket that had something similar but I wanted a winter puffer, but they worked together to help me! If you are ok paying for some of their quality items this is your place! All in all, the customer service was great! They were so helpful and very sweet! I definitely would come back!

I educated her on customer service and informed of better ways to act as a cashier. She processed my return finally. Because of this interaction, I wouldn't come back to location. If Kristen isn't able to remain professional and welcoming while working at the cash register, she should find a different position that doesn't require employee-to-customer interactions.

The sandals look like they were swallowing my feet. The sandals at this retailer are likely meant more for practicality and comfort rather than their style. I found a second pair of Teva sandals that weren't as wide and fit my feet better. They are not the cutest, but they felt comfortable when I tried them on. The staff are amazing. I was greeted by three employees. The first one greeted me when I entered the store. The second one asked if I needed anything when I passed by him while I was shopping. The last one Krissy asked if I needed help when I was looking at the sandals. The cost of the items are within the same price point as REI or Trek. This is small bike store with an incredible selection of items. They also carry Hill Killer garments as well as Trek items. However, I went in for flat bike shoes but they did not have many shoes. What I saw was clip ins. I looked around and of course adventured to the clearance table and found some socks and and a saddle bag. There were 3 staff members inside and the female was very inviting and friendly. Depending on your time and if you want to patronize small businesses like this I would say this is your go to. But if you want a bigger selection of items to choose from this is not the place for you.
