Two weeks later, I went to drop off the bike and a different guy helped check me in. He was cold and apparently couldn't care less. The next day, I picked up my bike and a third person helped me. That guy is the only reason I'll ever return to Wheaton's because he was awesome, caring, and had great customer service skills. I'll include a picture of him. The other guys need a serious attitude adjustment.

Those that don't usually have a sign that say no animals. This store does not have any such sign and I decided to bring my dog in with me just to look around. He's very well behaved and was on a leash. The lady at the front counter did give me a greeting as I came in but said nothing about my dog or any no pet policy. After I passed her and was no more than 15 feet into the store, I heard her ask her coworker, quit loudly enough so that I could hear, " What happened to our no pet signs that used to be out front?" Why be so caddy to make comments behind my back instead of just telling me I'd sorry we don't allow dogs in the store? I would have gladly returned my dog to my truck and come back in for my purchases, instead I just took my dog and we left.

There are also showers and a kitchen if you opt to use it. We did check out the lodge and the rooms and they were really nice. There's a fire pit for everyone to hang at every night, perfect if you want to learn about where to ride! Tons of maps and hang out space out of the summer best-known really creative bike art too. my 75 year old wife, wanting to support local business, stopped here to discuss upgrading to an…read moree-bike. during the course of that conversation, the salesman abruptly turned and walked away from her to address a customer with a flat tire on his bike. we went directly from there to REI in Kalispell and after about a 25 minute discussion, she ordered a Cannondale that cost almost $4,000. after receiving and riding her new bike, She is now in love with REI and Cannondale.

We brought in three bikes for some repairs. They gave us a date for when the repairs would be…read moredone...and then they weren't. And then we were told that they were done yesterday, an entire WEEK late, and when we got there today the guy was all "Oh can I have an extra hour or hour and a half?" The hell? Does "ready to pick up" mean something different to them than it does to me? We came back an hour or so later, and he gave the us two of the bikes back...the third was forgotten in the bowels of the repair shop. So we had the pleasure of waiting another 45 minutes for the repairs to be done on the last bike. In a nutshell, this place is disorganized and although the repairs were done, and I suppose you could say the guy was nice (but who cares about nice when the inefficiency is sending you into a blind rage!), it took so damn long I would never go back here. What a waste of time.
