This property is very poorly maintained. Rooms may appear to have ventilation, but if you look behind the drop ceilings, you will see that the vents are not connected to anything. Many rooms will appear to be refreshed, but that is because of constant water leakage which occurs due to negligence. Many bands have had their gear destroyed by water leaks. The proprietor's leasing agreements have numerous illegal clauses, so just because you may have signed a lease which says that he has the right to seize your gear if you are late on rent, that does not make it so. A call to a lawyer will give you cause to sue. Many of us former renters are organizing for a potential lawsuit. The property is administered by the owner's son, who is in his 50s. Often his girlfriend will phone clients and try to extort money, raise rent, or otherwise harass renters.
