I woke up early and went straight to phone to check weather, guess what, 80% percent rain somehow in a matter of hours, I was screwed.. At 6am I called the owner from Luna, his name is Orlando and told him.. he said not to worry, by 8:30 am, he and his crew came and took everything out, put up last minute tents and reset all the lights n tables n chairs etc and somehow got it all done just in time. He saved my day.. I don't know many companies that would do last minute set ups and Luna did and I'm grateful I chose them to begin with.. i dont normally give reviews but under the circumstances, I had to for this experience.. We wrestled with installing a new one for days. Even a handyman couldn't get another door to fit. The corners on the original door broke so it was in pieces and needed a new screen. I called first and received knowledgeable information by a super nice guy. I brought the door right in and had a warm greeting by the man I spoke to plus he remembered everything we spoke about. He had the parts in stock and grabbed them right away while explaining what he'd do to fix it. He recommended options and gave suggestions. They had the door ready in less than 24 hours and looked great! The cost was very affordable, less than the screen alone at ACE. The wait time at ACE this same timeframe was a week and a half. Both places estimated repair costs at $250-350 to change out the auger belt which included pick-up on the snow-blower. They estimated it would take at least a few days. Then I call Leroy's. The manager, Rick asked me to send him an email with my address and a picture of the sticker with model number. He responds that they can pick it up the next day (Tues) and that I'd have it back by Wed. They come get it Tues at 9am....and have it back to me by 12:30 the same afternoon. They also adjusted one of the brake releases for me too. Total bill was only $148 with door-to-door service.
