I did a search online for a place that could repair my snow-blower. I called a couple of places and…read moregot quotes based on what I felt was wrong with it (worn auger belt). Both places estimated repair costs at $250-350 to change out the auger belt which included pick-up on the snow-blower. They estimated it would take at least a few days. Then I call Leroy's. The manager, Rick asked me to send him an email with my address and a picture of the sticker with model number. He responds that they can pick it up the next day (Tues) and that I'd have it back by Wed. They come get it Tues at 9am....and have it back to me by 12:30 the same afternoon. They also adjusted one of the brake releases for me too. Total bill was only $148 with door-to-door service. I'll recommend these guys to anybody who needs work on their snowblowers or lawn equipment. Absolutely fantastic service at a great price!

I then picked one up at the Crystal Lake store and found hydraulic fluid leaking in my SUV when I got home. I brought the log splitter back to the store to return or fix the problem. The service person repaired and tested the unit which seemed to be operating. When I again returned home and plugged it in, the hydraulic fluid began leaking all over the garage floor and would not operate! I'm glad I took out the insurance, because I was told that I must have done something to the log splitter! I didn't even put 1 log on it! It's time Ed's Rental spends a little of the proceeds to buy some new equipment to rent, instead of the JUNK that they are renting!!!

The two workers arrived promptly on time and also called to give an approximate time of when they would arrive. They were informative, courteous and knowledgeable. Worst case, I could care for a minor issue for $1,000. Onsite crew also did not wipe down multiple vent covers after cleaning ducts. Owners were willing to have crew come back, but I have a deep cleaning crew that will care for that so I told them I will care for it on my own. This other company's crew, EconGenie also will use air scrubbers when performing the cleaning to eliminate floaters. My next duct cleaning will not be with Air Solutions, but Eco Genie.
