Sawatdee Wellness and Spa is relaxing and welcoming. The massage rooms are so clean and prepared for their clients. I am someone who always asks for the lightest pressure level because I can't handle much more than that. However, these women listened to my body and thought that I can handle a little bit more than light pressure, and was right! She even climbed on top of me and I LOVED it! I tipped each masseuse $10 total $20, on a $100 bill. They both seemed satisfied. A couple of months later l went for the same massages this time with one masseuse. I noted she was very insistently pushy at the start about a tip. Again the experience was OK. At the end l gave the required GST on $100 and because the masseuse did both massages instead of a $10 tip gave her $18. She started arguing that this was not enough, trying to bully me into tipping more. I just left the $18 tip and walked out. Never ever going back. Bad experience.
