I have seen all of the therapists at some point. They all hold advanced degrees in the field and really know what they are doing. They are constantly evaluating your needs. There are two exercise specialist who guide you through the exercises your therapist recommends for an hour. I had a hip replacement and 7 months later a knee replacement . That's a lot of PT and I did really well . A particular shout out to therapist Danielle, who always had faith in me and guided me through the process.

I heard about this place from my in-home therapist following my total knee replacement surgery. The front office staff is friendly, accommodating, and remembers your name as soon as you walk in the door. The physical therapists: Allison, Rachel, & Stephanie are all very skilled, always running on time, and ask all the right questions. The specialists: Barrett & Addy are friendly and know their stuff. Every appointment starts with 30 minutes 1-on-1 with the PT where they ask relevant questions, take measurements, and give a hands-on massage of the trouble area. Then you move to a full hour with the specialist. They take you through all the exercises recommended by the therapist. The final 10 minutes is for ice. They use the MedBridge GO app that runs on your phone. They can download your individual exercises right to the app. The app then shows you a video of the exercise, in case you forgot, and reminds you how many times a day, sets, and reps for each one. You mark them complete as you finish them. If you only have an hour for PT, this might not be the place for you, but if time is not an issue, you will get the biggest bang for your buck here. You will not feel rushed, but you are busy the entire time. Highly recommend!

I came back to…read moreAID almost a year later after a wrist fracture and I knew I could only trust Sarah to help me recover effectively and quickly. The team is amazing but Sarah is truly knowledgeable and helped me focus on every muscle that was impacted after my accident to gain my strength back in my wrist. After just a few months, I graduated from PT for a second time and now six months later, I'm beyond grateful for how well my wrist is doing. I'm back to weightlifting and doing pilates and I owe it to Sarah for pushing me and helping me recover properly. Love and miss the AID performance team! Original review: After having ankle stabilization surgery and not healing properly for two years, I decided to come to AID PT and I'm so glad that I did. In 5 months, Sarah helped me achieve what I thought was impossible for my mobility and range. I went from having an ankle that barely moved and was putting me through constant pain, to now working out and going on long walks for fun. I can't thank this team enough, for their encouragement, for their hands on training, and for their positive attitude overall.

While I might be on the younger side (34, runner) I was struggling with long term sciatic symptoms as well as lower back and hamstring pain. When my injury self-management was no longer working I was referred to Loudoun PT. I can genuinely say the people that I worked with cared about me as both a patient and person. Matt Smith and Chelsea Lucas listened to my concerns and created an exercise progression that helped me improve. I went from being borderline unable to work because of back pain, to running twice a week in the space of twelve weeks. It's incredible what compassionate and knowledgable physical therapists and a committed patient can accomplish when they work together. While my full recovery will necessitate more independent work, I feel like Matt and Chelsea have set me up to meet my health and lifestyle goals with a home program. I do believe that PT can work for most people if they are willing to commit to it. It is a far better option than surgery or simply accepting chronic pain. I know that the good people at Loudoun PT will be there for me if I experience any major setbacks. Getting to see their staff work with other patients was often very heartwarming. They advocate for the people in their care and for that I am very thankful. Five stars, would PT at Loudoun PT again, if I need PT :)

I returned for physical therapy after nearly three years and found that little has changed. The…read morephysical therapists and exercise specialists are still friendly and generally punctual, but they are mostly junior staff or appear to be in training. This time, however, the experience was worse--likely due to it being the end of the year, when coverage seemed limited. As a result, the therapists appeared distracted, juggling five or six patients at once, which was far from ideal.

I just finished up my 6 week session as I was recovering from a fracture in my back. I admit, I was…read morea little skeptical that my problem could be solved- I knew the fracture would heal, but I've had back issues for a number of years and I just felt resigned to the fact that my back would always be a problem and just another indignity that comes with being in my 50's. Well, six weeks later I feel so much better and stronger. My team (more on them in a bit) really worked hard to put together an exercise program that would strengthen my core, back, and legs and with each session, I saw and felt improvement. I downloaded a recommended app and my PT sent videos to it that would allow me to do some of my exercises at home and that makes it much easier to remember the techniques and rep counts. The best part of The Jackson Clinics is the people. Right up front in the Ashburn location is the very professional, very positive and extremely efficient Anem- a young lady with a very bright future. Nathan is the lead Therapist I would see at the beginning of every session and he is simply outstanding. One of the nicest people you could ever meet and you can tell he cares very much about how you are feeling and progressing. He is the one who dictates the program and comes up with the exercises and strength building activities you will be doing. He sees what works and what does not and reacts accordingly. Finally, each session Nathan would hand me off to Peyton, who showed me the activities I needed to do and monitored me as I did them. He checks on you often and is very encouraging along the way. I really felt like Peyton is in a perfect position by helping people, he is a great PT and an even better person. I actually felt a little sad saying goodbye to this great team today and I'll miss them. I hope to see them someday outside of the clinic! Thank you all very much, you are really an excellent team and I'm grateful that I chose your location for my therapy.
