Always a professional environment and a pleasure to work in this building. Staff is friendly and helpful with any inquiries in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend! read more

I would not recommend this facility based on my experience. The room that was advertised online was not the room I received. After I signed the contract and completed all of the paperwork, I arrived to pick up my keys only to discover that the room was significantly different from what had been advertised. When I questioned management, I was told that the online advertisement was "AI generated," which is not an acceptable explanation for misleading advertising. During the year I was there, I experienced numerous issues, including leaks in the ceiling, lack of available staff, being locked out of the building, internet outages, malfunctioning key access, and an overall inability to get assistance. Phone calls and emails often went unanswered, making it extremely difficult to resolve even basic concerns. Over the course of my stay, I estimate that I encountered major access or service problems at least 15 to 20 times. There were repeated occasions when I could not access the building, use the app, reach staff, or utilize amenities that I was paying for. Overall, this was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. The lack of communication, poor maintenance, misleading advertising, and ongoing operational issues made it feel like a complete waste of both my time and money. I strongly encourage potential renters to do their research and ask detailed questions before signing any agreement. The staff is very rude at times, ignoring totally repair needs. The part that really gets to me homeless people were breaking in staying on a property that was supposed to be secure. There was many unprofessional issues even when I told them I was not gonna do business there and moved out they continued to bill me anyway and renewed my lease without my permission. The roof leaks damaged my equipment. read more

The manager of the Reno Regus, Michael Stander, negotiated a 3 month lease with me, charging me both an initiation fee and extra rent for the short term of the lease. He then sent me the standard lease agreement, which I refused to sign, requesting that the language be changed to reflect our agreement. He sent me a new agreement that day. So far, so good. I paid the initial fee and the rent in advance. A week later, I was sent an invoice for the first month's rent again. I chalked this up to their faulty electronic billing system, and the office staff corrected it. I used the space ONE time in three months. 40 days before the end of the 3 month lease, as a courtesy, I sent an email explaining that I would NOT be renewing the lease as my business did not fly. I heard nothing back, so I called and was told by front office staff that the standard lease agreement required a 90 day written termination request. I explained that the lease was only for 90 days on purpose, and I did not want to renew it. I was told that they would look into it. I then received an email from office staff that there was nothing they could do, the lease would remain for another 90 days. I placed calls and sent email to Michael Stander, who eventually emailed me that he would look into it. 11 days later the office staff emailed saying "Mike and I have been working with corporate and since the account has renewed there is nothing we can do. We put the termination in so your account will terminate the last of December 2015" I called Michael, who stated I had RENEWED the lease!! What?!? They have yet to produce this renewal. You decide: is this prolonged incompetence or outright fraud? P.S. They have since sent me another agreement that states 3 month leases require a 2 month written notice to end the lease. I probably wouldn't have bothered with all of this for 20 days, since I gave 40 days notice, but now it is the principle of the matter. Sheesh! Get your story straight, Regus. read more

Check your lease twice as they will charge you $375 to move out for an office of 100 square feet. They couldn't get fax to work from my office and phone forwarding system doesn't work. They hold your deposit hostage for 3 to 6 weeks. Would not recommend for same money maybe little more you will get a lot more. read more

Unfortunately my experience with Regus office in Reno has been nothing short of awful. I've been using the Regus Virtual Office service for almost 2 years now, first in New York City, then in Reno. Here is what you should expect as a future customer of the Reno office: - it takes 1 month, 2 unanswered phone calls and 4 email reminders (cc'ing other people in the company) to get a response to the simple question: "Did you receive any mail for me?" Clearly Regus doesn't care about you if you take the Virtual Office service. - Incoming mail was lost 3 times. On one occurence they found the letters... 3 months after I received them. Bear in mind that I asked Regus to forward only 3 letters to me over the past year. Based on this track record, I'm guessing I lost far more mail than what I think of. - Overcharges: watch your bank account and expect unexpected draws. The rare times I was able to speak to someone on the phone, the person was quite nice, so my review pertains to the Virtual Office services. I'm using another Virtual Office service in another city: it's 3 times cheaper than Regus and easily 3 times better. I very rarely write reviews, let alone negative reviews, but I thought this would be helpful to any potential customer. read more

My company is doing great! I have been with Regus for about three years now and it's the best bang for your buck hands down. My clients are very impressed when they see how nice and up class these executive offices are. When my clients arrive they are met by the receptionists who offer starbucks coffee ,tea or water. The staff is hard working and very helpfull. Check here if your looking for office space you will love it and the prices are very affordable :) read more

I ran into an issue with my lease when trying to cancel it and they could really care less once they get you to renew. Last year when trying to cancel my lease the first time it was my fault because I didn't get a reminder and I tried to work with them to get out of it and was denied after sending them a handwritten letter asking to be released so I was able to accept that but at that time I thought I had done what was necessary to get out of it for the following year but nope. When I received the reminder that my renewal was coming up along with a rate increate I tried to confirm that my lease was set not to renew and I received a response that it was cancelled ok cool. Next thing I know was was being charged the increased rate. After calling them come to realize the letter I received was for the following year 2019 and I was screwed yet again and the local and national office had no record of me cancelling my contact and they could really care less to try and work with. So be warned and set reminders, double check your renewals and don't make a 1k+ mistake like I did. read more
