I went in for an alignment and the steering wheel was off centre. When I went back to tell them about the issue (granted it was more than 24hrs) they told us that they couldn't do anything, that we would need to pay again to realign (despite telling us to come in after we called them about the issue). Our most recent interaction was subpar making it difficult to consider this place further. Honestly, the owner is a nice person, but apart from that the service is not what it used to be.

The vibration became worse and worse to the point where I had to pull over on the shoulder, and later onto a side road where I discovered the problem on the front left. When I went back to the shop, the owner blamed faulty lug nuts. They confirmed via text that they saw that the lug nuts were "really corroded", yet they failed to inform me before leaving the shop the first time. Only after my brush with death did they notify me that the lug nuts were "really corroded". Our discussion at the shop this morning led to an invitation by the owner to go outside and fight, even after I said we could discuss this "civilly". The conversation escalated whereupon I was physically manhandled and forced out the door by Mark the owner and two of his associates, whereupon I called the police. The owner behaved like an uncivilized thug, I won't be going back. Btw, my lug nuts have not come loose since I tightened them on the side of the road with a socket wrench, I check them every day with a tire iron. The oil change we did for Hyundai Tucson went terribly wrong. The vehicle developed unusual engine noises the very next day and the dashboard showed several warnings. We had to rush to the Hyundai service station to get this problem resolved. The Hyundai service station clearly established that some wrong procedures were followed by the Car Care technician leading to the stoppage of oil to the engine. We contacted the owners of Car Care at the Scarborough location and showed them the results. Although they took responsibility for the wrong procedure at their unit, they have so far failed to reimburse the charges we incurred at Hyundai service station to fix the issue. This is highly irresponsible and shows that they don't care about their customers. Be warned. I will write an update if this situation changes. Anyone can contact me to get more details.
