The day after our one-year warranty expired, the gate stopped working completely and Delta would not answer the phone or return calls from members or our community. Now we have to pay for a costly repair and our lot is wide open for creeps and bums to skulk around late at night. In the last week we've had a break-in to one of our cars, and a criminal on the run attempt to ditch his gun. Thanks Delta!
