Out of the 3 companies I reached out they all showed up. However, I only got one quote back. I then called Herminio and set up a time to visit his shop and look at some of the flooring he was selling. We fell in love with one of his designs; the price was right, and we hired US Hardwood for the job. Installation went smoothly; his crew did a great job and was in and out in 6 days. They were very sensitive to our needs. Herminio would, without question, fix anything we did not like or were not happy with. Herminio, in general, is a very good man.
