The people are usually helpful and if you have banking problems with your ATM card or anything they're quick to get in there and help you with that. I loved the rewards program up until this year when they stopped giving reward points towards the debit cards which I think is unfair...but I guess that is business.

I gave the required letter from my church and the gentleman filled out the forms for both distributions. In February of 2026 I discovered the church had not received my contribution. Went back to Suncoast to see what had happened and how it could be corrected. Was told the gentleman had neglected to have me sign the charitable contribution form. No one had called to tell me about the mistake. They said they sent a doc. you sign ...... I did not receive it. They could not help me. After many back and forth with Suncoast I have lost $2,100.00 real dollars!! I could not take the charitable contribution off on my taxes. The IRS has penalized me 25% because I had not taken out the total required distribution. $2,100.00 of my money is gone because they were not courteous enough to call.
