I walked into the bank with cash...I was told since I was not a customer they would not help me! The manager took me into an office as I told her that my Realtor said they would help me. I ended up leaving and it was pretty embarrassing! If the manager would have just asked if I'd like to open an account...the bank would have gotten a new customer. I had 20,000 in cash. So...it was more important to push me out the door than to come up with a solution! I went down the street to Insouth bank...I was helped immediately and left with my cashier's check, coffee and a Christmas cookie! Now...GO TO INSOUTH BANK!!!!!

So when I go to withdraw money at the ATM I will get behind someone who sits there forever talking to a live teller. It's ridiculous. Why on earth would anyone need to talk to a teller at the ATM while the line behind them backs up? There ATMs are no longer a convenience as they were meant to be because of this new feature. If you are trying to decide between 2 banks, it may be worth picking another one as the ATMs now can require a very long wait. It has happened to me more than once and is beyond irritating.

They charge you for statement fees even if you have online paper statements. Ms. Martin sat with 2 new employees to show them how to open the account. After meeting the requirements NO BONUS. Ms. Martin claimed she did not know they had to use a code when opening new accounts. (when she learned she needed a code, why did she not go back to new accounts and do this???) I was told it would be done 08/10. Then tomorrow, then maybe 15 days. Thankfully I called Corporate office in Memphis. Ms. Martin had tried to do this but did it WRONG with an improper code and a proper code had to be put in, GROSS INCOMPETENCE DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH.
