All of the sudden we have multiple problems, and she refused to even listen to me, much less try to help. So much for H&R Block's guarantee that they will go to bat for you, and solve the problem. This will be our last year with H&R Block. If I have to fix problems myself, I am going to be the one making them. The only reason I gave her one star is because it would not let me give her none. P.
