Yes, they were all born within wedlock, for the haters. Now, they make it to work to earn the money to pay for the car. This is how they treat family. Imagine the shenanigans they would put you through as a stranger. Shady, disrespectful, & who knows what they manage to hide. 1 star because there are negatives available.

This is just my experience, and I hope it helps someone else avoid making the same mistake I did…read more When I bought my vehicle from Prime, I felt rushed through the process and into signing a contract I wasn't completely comfortable with. At the time, I convinced myself everything would work out, but looking back, I should've trusted my gut and taken more time to really understand what I was signing. Fast forward to today, and I'm about $10,000 upside down on the vehicle. My monthly payment is almost as much as my rent, and that's a financial burden I deal with every single month. I'm not posting this because I'm bitter. I'm posting it because I don't want someone else to end up in the same position. Buying a car is a huge financial decision. Take your time, ask every question you can think of, read every page, and don't sign anything until you're 100% comfortable with it. If you feel rushed, it's okay to walk away and come back another day. I wish I had.

They even have a computer to use, if you want to log in. A service member can even help you with that, especially if not so computer savvy! I was greeted upon entering and directed to where I needed to go. I proceeded to the teller line to get a new debit card. No line, so I walked right up to the teller who was waiting with a smile and greeting of the day. So nice! They have a coffee/tea machine, so I missed getting myself a cup since there was no wait. Some days, especially when it's cold outside, I don't mind waiting in line a few minutes just so I can get a cup. Ha. After resetting my PIN, I was asked to wait in the lobby - waiting area while my card was personalized. And, they would bring it out to me. There is a TV on the wall, magazines, and phone charging station in their waiting area. Nice! Charging stations need to become the new standard in a waiting room. My card was ready before I could finish snapping a picture or even plugging in my phone. Not complaining. The best time to go and avoid long waits are mid weekdays before lunch and not a payday! The customer service here was great today! I just live closer to a different branch. I like this one is next to Publix though. Knock out two errands and drive to one place.
