I ended up leaving and it was pretty embarrassing! If the manager would have just asked if I'd like to open an account...the bank would have gotten a new customer. I had 20,000 in cash. So...it was more important to push me out the door than to come up with a solution! Ms. Martin sat with 2 new employees to show them how to open the account. After meeting the requirements NO BONUS. Ms. Martin claimed she did not know they had to use a code when opening new accounts. (when she learned she needed a code, why did she not go back to new accounts and do this???) I was told it would be done 08/10. Then tomorrow, then maybe 15 days. Thankfully I called Corporate office in Memphis.
