I am now seeking another bank, any recommendation's? I need a caring bank, or as Commerce was not. I recently sold my home ,which I owe nothing on and should realize a quite a bit of cash. Just a a side note, I do qualify for a VA Loan, so thats my situation I wouldn't recommend the Festus, Commerce bank or the home equity department because they just don't care, my FICO score is 747, which says lenders use this score, well they really don't use this they use other scores and take in nothing about the customer ,when I spoke with the crediting agencies they told me I had the highest credit rating that they had seen ,but the one agencies got me. I called the customer service to find out if they can check to see why. She said that interest was paid the day I close the account but US bank reverse the pay out because it wasn't full term so advise to go back to the branch and talk to the manager. I did just that next day to talk to Jeremy. He was trying to find out what happened and talked to his co-workers. He apologized and he said he needs to call back office to resolve the issue then a guy with an this arrogant attitude came and said there is nothing you can do blah, blah, blah so rude and discouraging. He was making me mad with his nonsense. Then I asked for manager then he said he was...Bradley Johnson! I shouted in disbelief! you got to be kidding me! This branch customer service role has been screwed up!!! The teller is trying to resolve the issue and manager is discouraging him where it should be the other way around. Seriously, Bradly Johnson does not deserve that position. Even after all that Jeremy resolved the issue by getting interest back into my account. He even check to make sure that money was in and called me to confirm. What a GUY! I give 5 stars to Jeremy. THIS 1 STAR IS FOR BRADLEY JOHNSON THE MANAGER.

Met with Jacob Hendrickson…read morethe Assistant Branch Manager who spent all the time necessary to open checking and savings accounts for my wife and myself. He was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and the type of person you'd want to welcome in your home. He spent nearly 2-1/2 hours with us going over all the benefits of the programs available and I could not wait to get home to withdraw all monies and cease all operations with Bank of America. Central Bank should be thankful for the service Jacob offered because you just don't find that level of service anywhere. We are so happy with our new bank and could not be more pleased to have met a true professional, Jacob. If you are not happy with your bank, go see Jacob and you will be happy you did so. After 22 years with BofA, they never offered me the service Jacob did nor were they as kind or considerate of my needs as Jacob.

The staff is…read morecondescending, and too busy playing games with customers personal information and laughing about it in the background rather than actually trying to help customers. I would never step into that location again after wasting two hours of my time to accomplish absolutely nothing. Went to the Des Peres Location instead. Day and Night difference in service. They got me taken care of in less than 5 mins with my problem resolved. This might be a joke to FC staff in Ellisville, but this is my livelihood and you guys should be ashamed of yourself and the service you provide. Can't ask management for help because they're the worst offenders. The Assistant Manager, Angela White, just to be spiteful purposely sabotage and submitted the wrong documents. While having the correct and full information in her email the whole time. Once my loan is paid off, I will never do business with first community credit union again based on this interaction.

It's a simple ask...IF you have a SSN. Without an SSN it becomes a much more difficult (read pita) task for the bank. Not only did the folks at this branch handle it with grace, a couple of them took such an interest in her and her progress that we've been in several times to see them and ask questions. Not even really banking questions either - one of the ladies is also an immigrant and was willing to share her journey with us; it has been hugely helpful because many of the processes are the same. Additionally, the manager made the point of telling me that their branches are dog-friendly. As a service dog handler, I always like to know where I'm likely to encounter pet dogs and where my dog can be "off-duty." Different dog handlers do things differently, but I generally don't cape my dog in pet-friendly places. I find that it's easier to just blend and she knows her job. Would I recommend? Yes Would I return? Apparently...I had no idea people went to the bank this much but we've been there every week Service Dog Grade: A+ - they made a point of telling me that she is welcome, with or without her "work uniform"
