They're very good to him and always have good customer service, refund his fees for ATMs outside the network (which is everywhere in VA). I had been using the lock on the card but It's always a problem with accessing it. The system is down way too much for my comfort recently. It's horrible not being able to access your money! They have an ATM up front if you don't want to use the drive through ones. They have plenty of parking spaces. My favorite are the 2 lanes available for the drive through ATM when I need to get some quick cash or do a quick deposit. Not that I mind walking out of my car and having a human interaction but you cannot beat convenience especially when in a hurry or when it's super hot outside that a minute walk feels like eternity. While I cannot speak to their customer service as I've never had to go inside or deal with their associates, I would say overall, i like this location for my deposits and withdrawal purposes.
