He has incompetent staff that initiated insurance policies without my permission after me asking for quotes. The same staff then began to yell at me telling me how I've been nothing but rude when I questioned her on why she had done sure a fraudulent thing. They did not bend over backwards or try to help me. It was a very stupid issue, that should have been a non-issue, and should have easily been handled at the agency level and could have been revolved with one phone call to underwriting management. However, I was told my renewal for autos would be cancelled because I had an old license problem in a different state, different from the vehicles that I had bought in Alabama, registered in Alabama, with my alabama license. All in all poor customer service and lousy customer care. I would put my money and policies with an agency that cares to go above and beyond for their clients and wants to help you.

They didn't even bother to check my visa type and ended up filing me as a non-resident by mistake. Because we needed ITIN number for my husband, we were paper filing. When I caught their error, I called them and asked not to send the papers until they fixed the petition. But they sent it anyway and advised me to file another one online as a resident. And they filed a new petition in a single week. As a result, the IRS got all confused and slapped us with a $3,000 charge. I bought "peace of mind", but guess what? It didn't cover anything for me. I could have filed myself better without paying for this "service".
